Abstract:V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena zasnova in realizacija testirne naprave za kontrolo zatisnjenosti tipal. Potreba po tej napravi se je pojavila v podjetju Gorenje IPC, kjer izdelujejo med drugimi tudi kabelske sete za vgradnjo v hladilno-zamrzovalne aparate. Ti seti vsebujejo tudi tipala NTK, katerih konci so zatisnjeni v konektor. Konektorji se namestijo v ohišje aparata, ki se zalije s toplotno izolacijo. Ob nepravilni zatisnjenosti tipal je nemogoče to popraviti in ohišje je neuporabno, kar pa predstavlja velike stroške. Podrobneje je opisana izdelava napajalnega dela naprave, ki skrbi za napajanje mikrokrmilnika in grelnih elementov ter razvoj programske kode, ki bo tekla na jedru mikrokrmilniškega dela, Microchipovem mikrokrmilniku PIC 16F88. Cilj diplomske naloge je izdelati prototip čimbolj kompaktne in cenovno ugodne naprave, ki se bo uporabljala v proizvodnji na delovnem mestu.

Title:TESTING DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING IMPRESSION OF SENSORS
Abstract:This diploma work presents the design and realization of the testing device, used for controlling impression of sensors. Need for testing device appeared in Gorenje IPC, where among other, they also manufacture cable sets for the installation in cooling and freezing appliances. These kits contain NTK temperature sensors, whose ends are impressed into the connector. Connectors are installed in the casing of the appliance, which is filled with thermal insulation. Error of incorrect impressment of the sensor is impossible to overcome and a case is rendered useless, which results in a large expense. The construction of power supply circuit for the heating elements and a Microchip PIC 16F88 microcontroller is explained in detail, along with the code that will run on its core. The goal of this diploma work is to produce prototype of most compact and affordable device to be used in the production workplace.
