Abstract:Pomen kakovosti v organizaciji je danes ključen za pridobivanje konkurenčne prednosti na trgu. Pojdeta ne smejo zanemarjati velikega pomena kakovosti za organizacijo, predvsem pa jo ne smejo zavračati, češ da je kakovost le strošek za organizacijo. Kakovost predstavlja za vsako organizacijo le napredek v pravo smer in ji prinaša mnogo pozitivnih lastnosti. Celovita kakovost organizacije, pomeni kakovost na vseh ravneh sistema, s vsemi potrebnimi ukrepi za njegovo zagotavljanje. Zajema pa različne pristope med katere spadata management celovite kakovosti (TQM) in model poslovne odličnosti (EFQM). Marketing je bistvenega pomena pri zagotavljanju kakovosti, tako strateško marketinško načrtovanje skrbi za dolgoročno uspešnost organizacije. V diplomskem seminarju sem teoretično prikazala kako naj bi izgledala celovita kakovost organizacije.

Title:TOTAL QUALITY OF THE ORGANIZATION
Abstract:The quality in the organization is the key for competitive advantages of organization on the market. Organizations should not deny the meaning of quality or reject the meaning of quality because of the costs. Quality present progress in the right direction for every organization and brings a lot of positive properties. Total quality of the organization means quality on every levels of the system with all necessary actions. It covers different approaches like Total Quality Management (TQM) and Excellence Model (EFQM). Marketing has essential meaning to provide quality. Strategic marketing planning will work for long-terming success of the organization. With my work I presented theory of comprehensive quality of the organization.
