Title:Bralna značka kot projekt spodbujanja branja v vrtcih

Abstract:Diplomsko delo z naslovom Bralna značka kot projekt spodbujanja branja v vrtcih je empirično delo, kjer je bralna značka predstavljena kot projekt spodbujanja branja pri predšolskih otrocih v vrtcih in kot projekt družinskega branja. Spodbujanje branja je zelo pomembna lastnost pismenosti, ki vključuje različne oblike spodbujanja branja v domačem okolju ter v vrtcu, med katere zagotovo spada tudi Predšolska bralna značka, ki je projekt Društva Bralna značka Slovenije. Predšolska bralna značka je projekt spodbujanja branja, v katerega je vključena večina slovenskih vrtcev in vsako leto več skupin otrok. Izvajanje branja za bralno značko v vrtcih je različno poimenovano, vsem pa je skupno to, da starše in otroke s pomočjo vzgojiteljev mentorjev spodbuja k družinskemu branju. Najpomembnejšo vlogo pri predšolski bralni znački ima vzgojiteljica, ki skuša s pomočjo tega gibanja pri otrocih in starših vzbuditi ljubezen do knjig in jih spodbuditi k skupnemu branju slikanic in pravljic ter »pobralnem« ustvarjanju. Bralna značka v šolskem letu 2010/2011 beleži 50 let spodbujanja branja in s svojimi dejavnostmi pomembno vpliva na pismenost Slovencev že vrsto let.

Title:Reading badge as a project to encourage reading in kindergarten
Abstract:The thesis with the title Reading Badge as a project to encourage reading in kindergarten is an empirical work, in which the reading badge is represented as a reading encouragement project for preschool children in kindergarten, as well as at home in families. Reading encouragement is a very important feature of literacy, which includes different forms of reading encouragement at home, as well as in kindergartens. One of them is definitive the Preschool Reading Badge that is a project of the Slovenian Reading Badge Association. The Preschool Reading Badge is a project of reading encouragement, in which the majorities of Slovene kindergartens, as well as each year more groups of children, are included. The reading performances for the Reading Badge in kindergartens are hidden under different names, but they all have in common that they encourage parents and children to read at home in families. This project is carried out with help of kindergarten mentors. The most important role in the preschool reading badge has especially the kindergarten teacher. In this way she tries not only to evoke the love for books by children and parents, but also to encourage them to read picture books and fairy tales together and sometimes even activities after reading, like for example drawing. In the school year 2010/2011 the Reading Badge celebrates 50 years of its existence. In all this years this project has not only encouraged reading, but has also influenced the literacy of the Slovene people in an important way.
