Title:STROKOVNE KOMPETENCE VZGOJITELJEV V VRTCU ZA PODROČJE GIBANJE

Abstract:V diplomskem delu z naslovom Strokovne kompetence vzgojiteljev v vrtcu za področje gibanje smo želeli raziskati pomembnost strokovnih kompetenc pri vzgojnem delu vzgojitelja na področju gibanja. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili strokovno usposobljenost vzgojiteljev, načrtovanje gibalnih/športnih vsebin v vrtcu, in sicer načrtovanje vzgojitelja ter načrtovanje vrtca. Predstavili smo vzgojiteljevo vrednotenje opravljenega dela ter svetovanje vzgojitelja otrokom in staršem. V empiričnem delu smo za raziskovalni instrument uporabili anketni vprašalnik, ki ga je izpolnilo 229 vzgojiteljev iz vrtcev po Sloveniji. Namen celotne raziskave je bil ugotoviti, kolikšen pomen dajejo vzgojitelji izpopolnjevanju na gibalnem področju in koliko se vključujejo v projekte, povezane z gibalnim/športnim področjem, kolikšen pomen dajejo vzgojitelji načrtovanju gibalno/športnih dejavnosti in kako vrednotijo svoje pedagoško delo na gibalno/športnem področju. Na podlagi odgovorov anketnih vprašalnikov ugotavljamo, da se vzgojitelji občasno vključujejo v projekte, povezane z gibalnim/športnim področjem in da se v zadnjih dveh letih večina vzgojiteljev ni udeležila strokovnega izpopolnjevanja, povezanega z gibalnim/športnim področjem. Ugotavljamo tudi, da so vzgojitelji usposobljeni za načrtovanje gibalnih/športnih dejavnosti in načrtovanju le-teh posvečajo enako pozornost kot načrtovanju drugih dejavnosti, opredeljenih v Kurikulu za vrtce. Prav tako pa ugotavljamo, da so vzgojitelji usposobljeni za vrednotenje gibalno/športnih dejavnosti, ki jih načrtujejo.

Title:PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES OF KINDERGARTEN EDUCATORS IN THE FIELD OF PHISICAL EDUCATION
Abstract:The aim of the thesis Professional competences of kindergarten educators in the field of phisical education is to examine the importance of professional competences concerning educational work of pre-school teachers in the field of movement. The thesis consists of a theoretical and an empirical part. The theoretical part introduces professional qualification of pre-school teachers, planning physical/sport activities in a pre-school institution by a teacher as well as the institution itself. In addition, the teachers’ evaluation of work done as well as their counselling children and parents are presented. The empirical part comprises of a questionnaire which was completed by 229 pre-school teachers from different pre-school institutions in Slovenia and was used for the purposes of research. The aim of the research was to find out how much of a priority teachers give to their professional training as regards the field of movement, how often they participate in projects related to movement and sport and how they evaluate their pedagogical work concerning movement and sport. The findings based on the questionnaire show that pre-school teachers occasionally participate in projects related to movement and sport and that majority of teachers did not attend professional training course in the field of movement in the last two years. Moreover, the results show that pre-school teachers are competent to plan physical/sport activities and they devote the same amount time to planning physical/sport activities as to other activities set out in Curriculum for kindergartens. Furthermore, the findings demonstrate that pre-school teachers are competent to evaluate physical/sport activities that they plan.
