Title:RAZVOJ IN NAČRTOVANJE PROIZVODNJE OHIŠJA GONILA

Abstract:Podjetje Livar d. d. s svojimi izkušnjami in znanjem uspešno uliva in obdeluje ulitke iz sive in nodularne litine. V podjetju si prizadevamo osvojiti nova tržišča in s tem pridobiti nove izdelke. Z novimi izdelki se uvajajo nove tehnologije, že obstoječi izdelki pa so velikokrat predmet optimizacije in racionalizacije v proizvodnji. V podjetju tudi sam že nekaj let delam na razvoju novih izdelkov. V nalogi bom predstavil razvoj ohišja gonila. Delo pri novem izdelku se začne pri določanju novega tehnološkega postopka in izbiri ustreznega stroja za obdelavo. Nov izdelek sem analiziral glede uporabnosti in pri posameznih operacijah predvidel napake, ki se lahko zgodijo med obdelavo. Sledi izdelava terminskega načrta obdelave v odvisnosti od zasedenosti obravnavanega stroja. V vmesnem obdobju se pripravijo vpenjalna, merilna in obdelovalna orodja. Veliko pozornosti sem namenil obravnavi zastojev v proizvodnji. Na podlagi dvoletne sledljivosti zastojev v proizvodnji sem poskušal izdelati optimalno napoved za zastoje v naprej. Zelo velik izziv mi je predstavljal nov način planiranja, ki ga bom predstavil in uporabil pri načrtovanju operacij izdelkov v proizvodnji. Skozi nalogo bom predstavil posamezna področja in v zaključku naloge podal model načrtovanja ohišja gonila.

Title:DEVELOPMENT AND PLANNING OF GEARBOX HOUSING PRODUCTION
Abstract:Company Livar d. d. is successfully casting and processing products from grey and nodular alloy. In our company aim is to win new markets and to get new products. With new products comes new technologies and existing products are being optimized and production is being rationalized. I work in this company in development department for few years now on new products. In this paper I will show development of gearbox housing. Work with new product starts from defining new technological procedure and choosing the right machine for processing. I have analyzed new product about usefulness and predicted possible mistakes during processing phase. After that follows the time planning of processing, regarding the availability of the machine. In the meantime clamping, measuring and processing tools are being prepared. I gave a lot of attention to delays in production. After analyzing 2 years of delays in production, I tried to make optimum forecast about delays in the future. Great challenge was a new way of planning which I will introduce and use with planning of new operations in production. Through this paper I will introduce individual phases and in the end give the model of planning the gearbox housing.
