Abstract:V proizvodnih procesih se vse več pojavljajo industrijski roboti, ki se vgrajujejo v robotske sisteme. Ker se lahko ti roboti v določenih situacijah obnašajo izredno nepredvidljivo, igra varnost zelo pomembno vlogo pri odkrivanju in preprečevanju nevarnih situacij, povezanih z robotskim sistemom. Za prepoznavanje teh nevarnosti je bilo potrebno preučiti področja standardizacije, robotizacije in predvsem pomembno področje varnosti robotskih sistemov. Ta področja so tudi opisana v diplomski nalogi. Po preučitvi ustrezne literature, se je na podlagi varnostnih standardov ISO 10218 – 1 in ISO 10218 – 2, izvedla ocena varnosti obstoječe robotske celice z vgrajenim robotom Renault ACMA XR701, kar je bila tudi glavna naloga diplomskega dela. Rezultati varnostne ocene so ustrezno razloženi in zapisani, na koncu pa so podani tudi predlogi in napotki kako doseči varnost, ki jo zahtevata zgoraj omenjena standarda.

Title:SAFETY (ASSESSMENT) EVALUATION OF ROBOT CELL WITH INTEGRATED ROBOT ACMA XR701 BASED ON SAFETY STANDARDS ISO 10218-1:2006 AND ISO 10218-2
Abstract:As a part production processes industrial robots are being increasingly installed in robotic systems. Detecting and preventing hazardous situations associated with the robotic systems plays an important role since a robotic system can behave unpredictably in certain situations. To identify those risks it was necessary to research the fields of standardization, robotics, and particularly important field of robotics safety. These fields are also described in the present diploma work. After examining the relevant literature based on ISO 10218-1 and ISO 10218-2 safety standards, an evaluation of the safety of an existing robotic cell with integrated robot Renault ACMA XR701 was carried out, which was also the main task of the diploma work. The results of safety assessments are properly explained and recorded, and in the conclusion advice and guidance are given on how to achieve the safety and security required by the above-mentioned standards.
