Title:OPTIMIZACIJA KOMUTATORJA ZA ELEKTROMOTOR PRALNEGA STROJA

Abstract:Proizvodni segment komutatorjev, kot eden izmed pomembnih komponent komutatorskih elektromotorjev se srečuje s stalnim pritiskom kupcev na zniževanje stroškov, obenem pa vedno težje parira pritiskom proizvodnih podjetji z Daljnega Vzhoda (predvsem Kitajska). Komutator je element elektromotorja ali električnega generatorja, ki periodično spreminja smer električnega toka. Omogoča, da lahko elektromotor obratuje oz., da lahko generator proizvaja enosmerni električni tok namesto izmeničnega. Eden izmed proizvodnih produktov skupine Kolektor v okviru komutatorskega prodajnega segmenta je tudi proizvodnja komutatorjev, ki se vgrajujejo v elektromotorje pralnih strojev. Cilj specialističnega dela je pregled možnosti optimizacije komutatorja za elektromotor pralnega stroja. V okvir tega je vključen pregled obstoječe konstrukcije in proizvodnega procesa, glavnih kupčevih zahtev glede kakovosti in pogojev testiranja. Na podlagi popisa trenutnega stanja so predstavljene določene optimizacije konstrukcije. V rezultatih so predstavljeni izsledki testiranja prototipnih izdelkov in povzete primerjalne ugotovitve prednosti oz. slabosti glede na obstoječo konstrukcijo komutatorja.

Title:OPTIMISATION OF COMMUTARTOR FOR WASCHING MACHINE MOTOR
Abstract:Production segment of commutators, one of the significant components of commutator motors is facing constant costumer's cost reduction pressures and at the same time finds it hard to restrain itself from Far East manufacturing companies (especially China) aggressions. Commutator is electromotor or electric generator element that periodically converts direction of the electric current. It enables the operation of electromotor respectively generator to produce DC electric current instead of AC. One of the products of the Kolektor group in the range of commutator segment is manufacturing of commutators that are components of electromotor of washing machines. The main goal of this work is a review of options for optimization of commutator for washing machine's electromotor. The framework includes a revision of the existing construction and manufacturing process, as well as customer’s quality requirements and testing conditions. Based on inventory of the current situation certain construction optimizations are presented. In the results the results of prototype products testing are presented and the comparative findings of advantages and disadvantages in the existing commutator construction are summarized.
