Title:STRES IN IZGOREVANJE PRI DELU V SLUŽBI ZA OSKRBO POTNIKOV

Abstract:Danes sta stres in izgorevanje pri delu prisotna v poslovnem in zasebnem življenju, zato ne moremo več trditi, da sta le problem posameznika, temveč sta se razširila tudi na raven podjetja in države. Poznavanje mehanizmov stresa in izgorevanja ter njunih posledic je za posameznika in podjetje velikega pomena, saj lahko na ta način bolje razumeta in obvladujeta stresne situacije. Namen diplomskega dela je predvsem prikazati stres in izgorevanje v delovnem okolju in ugotoviti, kaj pomenita za našo družbo, gospodarstvo, podjetja, kakšne so njune posledice in končno, kako se je mogoče z njima soočiti. Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na dva dela, in sicer na teoretični in raziskovalni del. Teoretični del se osredotoča na opredelitev pojmov stres in izgorevanje, njune značilnosti ter vzroke za nastanek in na njune vplive na zdravje. Največji poudarek je namenjen poglavju, v katerem so podrobno predstavljeni stres in izgorevanje na delovnem mestu, njune posledice za posameznika in za podjetje ter možni načini preprečevanja stresa in izgorevanja. V drugem delu sledi empirična raziskava, s pomočjo katere sta analizirani ravni stresa in izgorelosti v Službi za oskrbo potnikov v podjetju Aerodrom Ljubljana, d. d. Ta je pokazala prisotnost določene stopnje stresa in izgorelosti med zaposlenimi. Stalni nadzor nad zaposlenimi, plača, usklajevanje poklicnega in zasebnega življenja, podaljševanje pogodbe za določen čas, težnja po spremembi delovnega mesta je nekaj dejavnikov in težav, ki se pri zaposlenih pogosteje pojavljajo in jim povzročajo stres. Na koncu so podane ugotovitve in predlogi glede na rezultate raziskave.

Title:STRESS AND BURNOUT AT PASSENGER HANDLING DEPARTMENT
Abstract:Stress and burnout at work are daily occurrences in business and in life in general. Thus we cannot say they are only a problem of an individual, but they penetrate to the levels of a company, corporation, and nevertheless the state level as well. Therefore understanding the mechanisms of stress and burnout along with their consequences is very important for all, individuals and companies, because in this way they may be better understood and managed in stressful situations. The aim of this study is to focus on stress and burnout at work, and to determine their effects and consequences on our society, economy, company, and finally how to confront with them. The study is divided in two parts, the theoretical part and the research part. In the theoretical part we concentrated on the definitions of stress and burnout, their characteristics, causes for their appearance, and their effects on health. The main emphasis was on the chapter with the detailed presentation of stress and burnout at a workplace, reasons for their emergence, and their implications on an individual and company. Then we continued with the description of possible ways to prevent stress and burnout. In the research part we analysed the stress and burnout level at the passenger handling department at the Ljubljana airport, and ascertained that there is some stress and burnout present among the employees. Constant monitoring of the employees, wage, coherence between the professional and private life, renewal of the fixed-term employment contract, aspiration for promotion are only a few factors that frequently cause the stress among the employees. At the end of the study we presented the findings deriving from the research.
