Title:Časovno optimiranje proizvodnega procesa hrane : diplomsko delo

Abstract:V diplomski nalogi smo predstavili delovanje virtualnega procesa priprave hrane. Postopek delovanja procesa proizvodnje je opisan z mreţnim diagramom, kjer so razvidne posamezne dejavnosti in njihov čas trajanja. Skozi proučevanje procesa smo se odločili, da bomo s kvantitativno metodo skušali izboljšati in optimirati delovanje procesa. Teţavo v procesu proizvodnje predstavlja dejstvo, da so posamezni procesi premalo optimirani. Vsak proces posebej smo s pomočjo linearnega programiranja optimirali. Določili smo najzgodnejši čas začetka izvajanja procesa in najkasnejši čas končanja procesa. Z uporabo linearnega programiranja smo ugotovili, da se pri nekaterih procesih pojavi vmesni prosti čas med posameznimi procesi, ki ga je treba čim bolj koristno izkoristiti. S pravilnim izkoriščenjem prostega časa lahko vplivamo na zmanjšanje stroškov poslovanja in izboljšamo dobičkonosnost.

Title:TIME OPTIMIZING THE PRODUCTION PROCESS OF FOOD
Abstract:This bachelor’s thesis presents the virtual process operation of food preparation. The procedure of production operation is described with a network diagram, which shows the individual activities and their duration. Throughout the study process we decided that we will try to improve and optimize the process operation with a quantitative method. The problem in the production process is that the individual processes are not optimized enough. We optimized each process with the help of linear programming. We determined the earliest time of starting and the subsequent time of completion of the process. Using the linear programming, we found out that between certain processes there occurs float time, which should be more beneficially used. With the proper use of the float time we can influence the reduction of operating costs and improve profitability.
