Title:Povezanost vertikalnega komuniciranja in zadovoljstva pri delu v izbranem podjetju : magistrsko delo

Abstract:V preteklosti je veljalo, da podjetja niso dajala kaj dosti na mnenje zaposlenih v zvezi z njihovim delom. Torej komunikacija med vodstvom in zaposlenimi ni predstavljala neke stalnice pri internih odnosih. Raziskave kaţejo, da se je v današnjem času to bistveno spremenilo. Podjetja, vsaj uspešna, se zavedajo pomembnosti komuniciranja s podrejenimi, kajti dobra komunikacija je tudi temelj za uspešno poslovanje podjetja. Naloga je proučevala organizacijsko komuniciranje, s poudarkom vpliva vertikalnega komuniciranja na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih pri delu. Empirični del naloge je bil izveden na vzorcu 87 zaposlenih, ki so izpolnjevali anketo o komuniciranju vodstva z zaposlenimi in obratno, torej komuniciranja zaposlenih z vodstvom. Na osnovi prejetih odgovorov je bila izvedena analiza podatkov, iz katerih se je ugotavljala povezanost vertikalnega komuniciranja z zadovoljstvom zaposlenih v izbranem podjetju. Prav tako so se po končani analizi izbranemu podjetju podali predlogi za ravnanje z zaposlenimi v prihodnje.

Title:Corelation between vertical communication and job satisfaction in the selected company
Abstract:In the past it was considered that the companies did not give much of the opinion of employees in connection with their work. So communication between management and employees did not account for some constants in internal relations. Research shows that, today this essential change. Companies, at least successful, are aware of the importance of communicating with subordinates, because only good communication is the foundation for successful business operations. Task is to examine organizational communication, focusing on the impact of vertical communication on satisfaction of employees at work. The empirical part of the study was conducted on a sample of 87 employees, which were in response to a survey on management communication with employees and employees communication with management staff. Based on the responses received there is an analysis of data from which it has considered corelation between vertical communication and job satisfaction in the selected company. After analyzing the selected company got proposals for dealing with employees in the future.
