Abstract:V današnjem konkurenčnem in kapitalistično usmerjenem bančnem svetu je boj za zadovoljne stranke neizprosen. Banke v boju proti prebrisanim in uspešnim ponarejevalcem evrogotovine, s katero imajo bančni delavci vsakodnevni stik pri opravilu storitev, organizirajo klasična izobraževanja, s katerimi skušajo svoje zaposlene kar najbolje usposobiti, kako v trenutku stika z evrobankovcem prepoznati ponarejen bankovec.

Title:BANKNOTES IDENTITY RECOGNITION TRAINING USING E-MATERIALS
Abstract:Struggle for satisfied clients in these days competitive and capitalistically oriented bank business is inexorable. When a customer enters a bank office in order to take a service (for example payment of bills, deposit), the service should be performed quickly and in high quality manner. In order to meet the client’s needs and consequently ensuring their loyalty and good reputation in bank’s environment, we need trained banking professionals. Qualified bank employees are not only required to meet the customer needs but also to successfully fight against social crime such as forgery of euro cash. Until now money forgery has been modernized and expanded so that we often have a feeling that the forgers are always even one step ahead of us. In the fight against the clever and successful forgers of euro cash, to which bank employees have everyday contact at the job services, banks are organizing conventional training to try their best to qualify employees, how to recognize counterfeit at the moment of contact with banknotes. To identify the authenticity of banknotes we propose the introduction of e-learning with the help of e-learning materials as a replacement of current conventional training. We were using Moodle open-source tool to create one of those e-learning materials as an example. We have pointed out the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities of introducing the proposed, increasingly establishing and modern e-learning using SWOT analysis.
