Title:Proučitev življenjskega cikla podjetja in vzpostavljanje njegove dinamičnosti: Primer podjetja Komunala Ormož d.o.o.

Abstract:Cilj dinamičnih podjetij ni preživeti, temveč uspeti. Dinamično podjetje se mora, da bi bilo uspešno, intenzivno razvijati, obvladovati razvojne krize in jih pravočasno predvideti, predvsem pa mora biti sposobno nenehno izkoriščati prave poslovne možnosti na čim bolj inovativen način. Magistrsko delo je razdeljeno na dva sklopa, teoretični in aplikativni del. V teoretičnem delu magistrske naloge ugotavljamo posebnosti razvoja in rasti podjetja. V sklopu tega predstavljamo nekatere izbrane modele rasti in razvoja ter obravnave življenjskih ciklov podjetja. Nadalje smo se dotaknili tudi obravnave podjetniških kriz ter opredelitve dinamičnosti podjetja. V aplikativnem delu magistrske naloge proučujemo življenjski cikel podjetja in vzpostavljanje njegove dinamičnosti. Raziskava je bila izvedena na primeru podjetja Komunala Ormož d.o.o. V tem aplikativnem delu je bila pozornost namenjena tudi proučevanju krize podjetja. Za izbrano podjetje smo proučevali tudi stanje dinamičnosti, ugotavljali odstopanja dejanskega stanja izbranega podjetja od ciljnega stanja dinamičnosti ter podali predlog ukrepov za dinamizacijo podjetja. Diagnozo razvojne stopnje podjetja, s pomočjo katere smo ugotavljali v kateri fazi življenjskega cikla se proučevano podjetje nahaja, smo izvedli s pomočjo Pümpin in Prangejeve metode (Pümpin, Prange 1995). Raziskava o kriznem stanju izbranega podjetja je potekala na osnovi spoznanj kriznih modelov po Pümpin in Prangeju (Pümpin, Prange 1995) ter Kropfbergerju (2003).

Title:Analysing the Enterprise's Life Cycle and establishing its Dynamics: The case of the Enterprise Komunala Ormož d.o.o.
Abstract:The goal of dynamic companies is not to survive, but to succeed. To be successfull, dynamic company has to develope intensively, handle the crisis of development and anticipate, in particular, the company should be able to continually exploit the real business opportunities with the most innovative methods. Master's thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and applicative work. In theoretical part of the thesis, we are finding specialities of development and growth of the company. In context, we present some selected models of growth and development and treatment of life-cycle business. Furthermore, we also discussed the proceedings of corporate crises and the definition of dynamic enterprises. In applicative part of the thesis, we study the life cycle of enterprise and establishment of its dynamism. The survey was conducted in the case of Komunala Ormož Ltd. In this part, the attention for work was given to the study of business crisis. We studied the dynamic state, identifying deviations of the actual state of the selected companies from the target state of dynamism, and gave the suggestion of measures for dinamisation of selected company company. The diagnosis of development degree of the company, through which we determined at what stage of life cycle the studied company occurs, was conducted through Pümpin and Prange method (Pümpin, Prange 1995). Research on the crisis situation in selected companies, was based on cognition of crisis designs after Pümpin and Prange (Pümpin, Prange 1995) and Kropfberger (2003).
