Abstract:Za družbo Pinus T.K.I. d.d smo v diplomskem delu naredili raziskavo procesa proizvodnje biodizla. Pinus v procesu proizvodnje biodizla uporablja reakcijsko kolono v kateri poteka proces esterifikacije. V diplomskem delu smo izvedli simulacijo proizvodnje biodizla na primeru dveh maščobnih kislin. Uporabili smo oleinsko maščobno in lavrinsko maščobno kislino. Proizvodnja je potekala z esterifikacijo maščobne kisline in alkohola. Uporabljen alkohol je bil metanol. Izvedli smo energijsko integracijo v procesu. Povezali smo iztok iz reakcijske kolone z vtokom surovin v kolono, z namenom znižanja obratovalnih stroškov. Prikazali smo kateri proces je ugodnejši za proizvodnjo biodizla.

Title:SIMULATION OF BIODIESEL PRODUCTION
Abstract:For company Pinus T.K.I. d.d. we have made a research study of biodiesel production. Pinus is using reactive distillation column in process of biodiesel production. We have made a computer simulation of biodiesel production on two cases of fatty acids. We have used oleic fatty acid and lauric fatty acid. Reaction in simulation was esterification of fatty acid and alcohol. Methanol has been used as alcohol. We have also made heat integration in process. We have integrated outlet of reactive column with inlet in reactive column, with purpose to decrease cost of required steam.
