Title:OBDELAVA PREDČIŠČENE IZCEDNE VODE S KOMBINACIJO ADSORPCIJA / NANOFILTRACIJA / RAZPLINJEVANJE

Abstract:Izcedna voda je kompleksna mešanica spojin, za katero je značilno, da nima stalne sestave. Sestava izcednih voda se spreminja in je odvisna od količine in sestave odpadkov ter vsebnosti škodljivih oziroma nevarnih snovi. Predmet našega raziskovalnega dela je bila izcedna voda iz odlagališča CERO Gajke Ptuj. Izhajali smo iz poročil o obratovalnih monitoringih za obdobje od 2004 do 2008 in ugotovili, da od kovin presega zakonsko predpisane mejne vrednosti celotni krom, v nekaterih meritvah pa še baker, nikelj in svinec. Prav tako od merjenih parametrov pri nekaterih meritvah zasledimo še preseganje NH4+ in AOX. Namen naloge je bil z ustreznimi tehnološkimi postopki znižati koncentracije omenjenih parametrov pod zakonsko določene vrednosti. Predčiščenje je potekalo z adsorpcijo na zeolit 3A, 4A, 5A in 13X, proizvajalca Silkem Kidričevo oziroma s kosmičenjem s pomočjo kelatnega polimera P 26T, proizvajalca Biomontan. Organsko onesnaženje smo znižali z nanofiltracijo na laboratorijski napravi Stirred cell, model 8200. Koncentracijo amonijevih ionov smo želeli znižati z izpihovanjem z zrakom. S pomočjo zeolitov nismo uspeli znižati koncentracije ionov in NOM pod zakonsko določeno mejno vrednost. Znižanje koncentracij kromovih ionov in ionov drugih kovin dosežemo z uporabo P 26T, z izpihovanjem amonija se zniža koncentracija NH4+ ionov, z nanofiltracijo pa se zniža koncentracija KPK in AOX. Glede na raziskavo predlagamo naslednje postopke za čiščenje izcedne vode: kosmičenje s P 26T, nanofiltracijo in izpihovanje amoniaka. S predlaganim postopkom dosežemo znižanje Cr6+ pod mejno vrednost, znižanje KPK do 75%, AOX do 88% in NH4+ pod mejno vrednost. S tem izcedna voda dosega kvaliteto, ki ustreza zahtevanim mejnim vrednostim v zadevnih uredbah.

Title:PURIFYING OF THE PRETREATED LANDFILL LEACHATE USING ADSORPTION / NANOFILTRATION / STRIPPING
Abstract:Leachate is a complex mixture of compounds, usually not having a fixed composition. The composition of leachate varies and depends on the quantity and composition of waste, and on the presence of hazardous substances. In order to find out the quality of leachate from the landfill CERO Gajke Ptuj, operational monitoring reports for the period between 2004 and 2008 were examined. We found out that among parameters chromium and according to some measurements, copper, nickel, lead AOX and NH4+ exceeded the maximum allowed concentrations for water discharge. The aim of our research was to treat the leachate, in such manner that it could be released into the environment using the adequate technological procedures. The content of heavy metals ions was to be removed by adsorption on zeolites 3A, 4A, 5A and 13X produced by Silkem Kidričevo, or using the chelate polymer P 26T, produced by the company Biomontan. The organic matter was removed below statutory levels using nanofiltration. The laboratory device Stirred Cell 8200 was used. The concentration of ammonium ions was ment to be reduced by air stripping. With zeolites, it was not possible to reduce the concentration of chromium ions and organic matter below statutory limit values. Lower concentrations of chromium and other metal ions were achieved using the P 26T, whereas nanofiltration reduced the concentrations of COD and AOX, and ammonia stripping reduced the concentration of NH4+. According to the research, the following procedures were proposed for leachate treatment: flocculation using Petrosorb 26T, nanofiltration and ammonia stripping. With the suggested procedures it is possible to reduce the contents of Cr6+ and NH4+ below limit values, while COD can be reduced by 75% and AOX by 88%. In this way, the leachate quality meets the statutary required limit values for leachate discharge.
