Opravili smo še plus-minus-1 analizo rezultatov modela DEXi. Ugotovili smo, da imajo kmetije ocenjene kot »neperspektivne« in »neperspektivne do manj perspektivne« le majhne možnosti za izboljšanje svoje nasledstvene perspektivnosti medtem ko so možnosti kmetij ocenjenih kot »manj perspektivne« že raznovrstnejše. Po drugi strani so »perspektivno« ocenjene družinske kmetije nasledstveno precej nestabilne medtem ko so »perspektivne do zelo perspektivne« in »zelo perspektivne« kmetije dokaj neranljive glede možnega poslabšanja nasledstvene perspektivnosti.

Title:ANALYSIS OF SUCCESSION STATUS AND EVALUATION OF SUCCESSION PROSPECTS OF SLOVENE FAMILY FARMS
Abstract:Family farm succession is a complex process. It allows economic development of the farm, which is heavily dependent on well settled farm succession status. For the analysis of family farm succession status on 215 family farms from five different bio-geographical regions of Slovenia, the presence of successor on the farm was considered as the main indicator of well settled succession. Using descriptive statistics and various statistical tests, the profile of the average farmer and successor, the differences between farm households with and without successors and between farmers with and without successors was analyzed. It was found out that statistically significant differences between the two groups of farms and farm owners exist, what is also consistent with findings of other domestic and foreign researches on family farm succession. In order to take into consideration the effects of several factors of farm succession at the same time, a multicriteria decision DEXi model for evaluating succession perspective of farms was developed. It was found out that farm households with the most favourable succession situation come from Slovenian subpanonian and Alpine landscapes, while the most of the worst estimated farms originate in Coastal and Karst landscapes. Additionally, plus-minus-1 analysis of DEXi model results was made. The results revealed that farms that have been evaluated as »non-perspective« and »non-perspective to less perspective« have only few opportunities to improve their current succession status, while the chances for improving the succession status of farms evaluated as »less perspective« are more various. On the other hand, family farms evaluated as »perspective« are rather unstable as regards their succession status while »promising to very promising« and »very promising« farms are relatively invulnerable as regards possible deteriorations of their succession prospects.
