Abstract:V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena avtomatizacija linije za toplotno obdelavo Al odlitkov. V nalogi je opisana strojna in programska oprema, ki je bila uporabljena pri realizaciji linije. Podrobno je predstavljen krmilni sistem SIMATIC S7-200, sestavni moduli, programska oprema STEP 7 Micro/WIN, s katero je bilo izvedeno programiranje krmilnika in programska oprema WSCAD, ki smo jo uporabili za načrtovanje krmilnega sistema. V nalogi je še predstavljen načrt za nadgradnjo linije v primeru povečanja obsega proizvodnje Al odlitkov, kjer so podrobneje predstavljene posamezne komunikacijske strukture avtomatiziranih procesov.

Title:AUTOMATED LINE FOR HEAT TREATMENT OF Al CASTINGS
Abstract:The diploma paper presents the automation of the heat treatment line for Al castings. Specification of hardware and software equipment that was used in realization of the line is described and it also includes specifications of SIMATIC S7-200 controller, configuration modules and software equipment STEP 7 Micro/WIN and WSCAD, which we used for programming and designing the control system. A draft for upgrading the line in case of increased extent of Al casting production is presented, with detailed communication structure of an automation process.
