Abstract:
Tematika diplomskega dela je aktivna politika zaposlovanja, ki je sklop neposrednih in posrednih posegov na trg dela, namenjenih zlasti blaženju problemov brezposelnosti. Programi naj bi bili še posebej utemeljeni na območjih z večjimi težavami na področju zaposlovanja in brezposelnosti. Takšno območje je tudi Upravna enota Ptuj in Ormož. V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge smo opredelili pojem brezposelnosti, merjenje brezposelnosti, vzroke in posledice. Podrobneje smo predstavili programe aktivne politike zaposlovanja. V empiričnem delu smo podrobno prikazali gibanja brezposelnosti in uporabo programov aktivne politike zaposlovanja za območno službo Ptuj in jih primerjali glede na državno povprečje. V tem okviru smo preverjali veljavnost dveh hipotez o relativnem položaju glede brezposelnosti ter uporabi programov aktivne politike zaposlovanja za daljše časovno obdobje.

IMPLEMENTATION OF ACTIVE EMPLOYMENT POLICY PROGRAMS IN THE AREA OF ADMINISTRATIVE UNITS PTUJ AND ORMOŽ
Abstract:
The theme of my diploma paper is active employment policy, which is a connection of direct and indirect interventions on labour market designed mainly for appeasing unemployment problems in the employment area. The programs are supposed to be grounded in areas with more problems in the employment and unemployment area. One of these areas is Administration unit Ptuj and Ormož. The theoretical part of the diploma paper includes the definition of unemployment, measuring unemployment, causes and consequences. We introduced the active employment policy programs in more detail. We wrote in detail about unemployment movement and the usage of active employment policy programs for Administration unit Ptuj and we compared them to the national average in the empirical part of this paper. In this frame we checked the validity of two given suppositions about the relative state based on unemployment and the usage of programs for active employment policy for longer employment.
