Abstract:Osnova vsakega podjetja so ljudje, ki so v njem zaposleni. Človek je s svojim znanjem, sposobnostmi ter motiviranostjo najpomembnejši proizvodni ustvarjalec. » Ustrezno ravnaje z zaposlenimi postaja ključ do uspeha, ki ga dosežemo, če so kadrovska politika in ukrepi ter poslovna dejavnosti organizacije tesno povezana pri uresničevanju ciljev organizacije. » ( Možina 2002, 11) »Ljudje poleg ekonomske varnosti in družbene pripadnosti potrebujejo tudi osebnostno rast in razvoj. Če človeško naravo dojemamo globlje, to pripomore, da znamo bolje izrabiti zmožnosti, ustvarjalnosti, izvirnosti delavca, nadarjenosti in domišljijo.« ( Merkač Skok 2005, 22) Cilj diplomske naloge je predstaviti pomembnost zadovoljstva zaposlenih skozi vključevanje v posamezne delovne procese, pomembnost prispevka posameznika k doseganju skupnih ciljev, posledično ustvarjanje pozitivne in dobre klime v podjetju.

Title:ANALYSIS OF EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION AT THE GYNECOLOGICAL CLINIC
Abstract:Employees are the most valuable asset of every company. With their knowledge, capacities and motivation people are the source of current operational performance and future competitive advantage. The right human resource management is the key to success when the management, arrangements and activities are leading to the same goal. Strong and effective management is the key to the establisment and continued success of any business operation. Beside economic security and social appurtenance man also need personal growth and evolution. Manager's empathy helps him to take better advantage of employee's abilities, creativity, originality, talents and imagination. The goal of my thesis is to present the importance on employee satisfaction while this is a factor in employee motivation, employee goal achievement, and positive employee morale in the workplace.
