Abstract:V diplomskem delu je opisan pojav delnih praznitev. Delne praznitve so lokalizirane električne praznitve naboja, ki ne povzročijo preboja dielektrika med dvema prevodnikoma. Opisano je več vrst in vzrokov za pojav delnih praznitev. Opisan je tudi način merjenja delnih praznitev v laboratoriju po standardu IEC 60270, kot tudi nekaj novih metod za merjenje in delo z delnimi praznitvami. Praktični del diplomske naloge predstavlja merjenje delnih praznitev na nekaterih elementih stikalnih naprav v laboratoriju ICEM in interpretacija rezultatov.

Title:Partial discharge in switchgear elements
Abstract:This study describes the partial discharge phenomena. Partial discharge is a localised electric discharge, which does not bridge the space between two conductors. Different forms and causes of partial discharge are explained. Some new partial dsicharge measurement and calculation techniques are described. Measurement of partial dsicharge by IEC 60270 standard is also described. Practical part of this study describes the measurement of partial discharge on some elements of switchgear in the ICEM high voltage laboratory.
