Title:ANALIZA KORELACIJ MED ZADOVOLJSTVOM S KOMUNICIRANJEM V ORGANIZACIJI IN STRESOM

Abstract:Namen diplomske naloge je bilo ugotoviti ali obstajajo korelacije med zadovoljstvom s komuniciranjem v organizaciji in stresom. Z raziskavo smo želeli prispevati k boljšemu razumevanju tesne povezanosti med zadovoljstvom s komuniciranjem v organizacijah in stresom. V teoretičnem delu diplome analiziramo pojem stresa in njegove posledice na posameznika in organizacijo v kateri je zaposlen. Analizirali smo pojem komuniciranja, vrste in načini komuniciranja,tehnike in metode komuniciranja, komunikacijski proces, pomen zadovoljstva zaposlenih, komunikacijske klime, itd… V empiričnem delu je bila opravljena anketna raziskava, v katero so bili vključeni mimoidoči v centru Ljubljane. Odgovarjali so na devet anketnih vprašanj dveh različnih sklopov in sicer: • prvi sklop vprašanj se je nanašal na demografska vprašanja, • drugi sklop vprašanj so bila vprašanja na temo stres in komuniciranje v organizaciji. V zaključnem delu diplomske naloge smo se prizadevali ugotoviti ali obstajajo korelacije med zadovoljstvom s komuniciranjem v organizaciji in stresom v različnih okoliščinah. Postavili smo šest hipotez, s pomočjo katerih smo ugotavljali ali obstaja odvisnost med stopnjo doživljanja negativnega stresa na delovnem mestu in splošnim zadovoljstvom s komuniciranjem v organizaciji,med zadovoljstvom s komuniciranjem z nadrejenimi in stopnjo doživljanja negativnega stresa na delovnem mestu, med komunikacijsko klimo v organizaciji in stopnjo doživljanja negativnega stresa, med pretočnostjo informacij na delovnem mestu in zadovoljstvom s komuniciranjem v organizaciji, med zadovoljstvom s komuniciranjem in uspešnostjo pri delu, med pretočnostjo informacij na delovnem mestu in stopnjo doživljanja negativnega stresa na delovnem mestu. S pomočjo anketnih vprašalnikov in s pomočjo Pearsonovega koeficienta smo prišli do ugotovitev, da obstajajo korelacije med zadovoljstvom s komuniciranjem v organizaciji in stresom.

Title:THE ANALYSIS OF CORRELATIONS BETWEEN CONTENTMENT WITH COMMUNICATION IN THE ORGANIZATION AND STRESS
Abstract:The aim of the thesis is to determine whether there are any correlations between communication satisfaction in organization and stress. Our research is aimed at contribution to a better understanding of a close relationship between communication satisfaction in organizations and stress. In the theoretical part, the notion of stress is briefly described as well as its effect on an individual and the organization they work for. Furthermore, we defined the phenomenon of communication, different types and ways of communicating, techniques and methods of communicating, the process of communication, the importance of the employee satisfaction, the communication atmosphere, etc. In the empirical part, research has been undertaken, and carried out in Ljubljana city-centre, where passers-by were questioned. They had to answer nine questions in two different sets: • the first set of questions included demographic data, • the second set of questions inquired about stress and communication in organization. In the conclusion of our thesis, we wanted to find out whether the correlations between communication satisfaction in organization and stress in different situations really exist. We stated six hypotheses with the help of which we tried to establish whether the following concepts depend on one another: the level of negative stress experienced at workplace and general communication satisfaction in organization; communication satisfaction in relationships with the superiors and the level of negative stress experienced at workplace; the communication atmosphere in organization and the level of negative stress experienced at workplace; the information flow at workplace and communication satisfaction in organization; communication satisfaction and work performance; the information flow at workplace and the level of negative stress experienced at workplace. Using the retrieved data from questionnaires and Pearson coefficient, we came to a conclusion that correlations between communication satisfaction in organization and stress do exist.
