|Opis:||We are aware, that the labour force is the largest capital in organization in the 21st century., because it is the key factor of successful operation in the past and assurance for advanced success and development in the future. But employees alone, without education, personal motivation and without affiliation to organization do not bring big success. We believe that employee training is key factor for achieving good business results, which could bring promotion of employee on more responsible post. Problem occurs when organization experiences labour shortage. Reason for this problem could be departure of workers, promotion of current employees or expanded production. Therefore we need to fill the employee void. When organizations are looking for new employees, they meet many different profiles of job seekers.
For easier and faster selection they use different criterions such as level of completed education, previous work experience, driving license, knowledge of software and other competences. Employer offers the job to the candidate, who suits their criteria the most or has the most impressing CV.
We believe that, amongst all candidate applicants, we stumble upon people whose actions in the past changed their lives. Among them we also find healed addicts.
In this study, we explored whether employer can see these young people as equal to other candidates who never had these bad experiences. We also wanted to research, if company owners would employ recovered addict in their company and provide them education and chance to promote and what personal characteristics do cured addicts have. We set certain research questions and tested the hypothesis which we will validate or disprove it.
We found out, that majority of employers wouldn’t employ a former addict. They wouldn’t employ one because in their opinion, recovered addict isn’t honest, because one is untrustworthy and unreliable. We also stated, that employers would educate recovered addict, if one was employed at their company. One would be given chance to promote, if their was an opportunity for it and if employee would be adequate for new, more responsible position. But if there was a case of crime or irregularity at their company, such as theft of money or some valuable object, recoverd addict would be the first suspect for the deed by majority of employers.|
