Title:TEHNOLOŠKA REŠITEV KONTROLNIH POSTOPKOV PRI PROIZVODNJI TOPLOTNIH ČRPALK

Abstract:Toplotna črpalka pretvori energijo iz nižjega temperaturnega nivoja v energijo višjega toplotnega nivoja. Pretvorba je možna zaradi krožnega hladilnega procesa. Hladilna tekočina izpareva pri nizki temperaturi in porabi večji del energije iz okolja (zrak, voda, zemlja), ko prehaja iz tekočega v plinsko stanje. Kompresor stisne hladilni plin in ga s tem dvigne na višji temperaturni nivo. Vroči plin se nato utekočini, pri čemer odda svojo toploto ogrevalnemu sistemu. Posebno področje, znotraj razvoja toplotnih črpalk, predstavljajo metode in postopki za zagotavljanje želene kakovosti izdelkov. V procesu razvoja in izdelave toplotne črpalke so vključeni kontrolni procesi, ki zagotavljajo pravilno delovanje toplotne črpalke v celotnem življenjskem ciklu. Največji poudarek pri razvoju toplotnih črpalk je na izkoristku hladilnega kroga in posledično na grelnem številu toplotne črpalke. Sodobni laboratorij in dolgoletne izkušnje Gorenja na področju hladilne tehnike so garancija za uspešen razvoj lastne produkcije toplotnih črpalk.

Title:HEAT PUMPS
Abstract:Heat pump transforms energy from the low temperature grade into energy of higher temperature grade. The transformation is possible because of circulating cooling process. Refrigerant evaporates at low temperature and uses the major part of energy from the environment (air, water, soil) during transformation from liquid into gas state. Compressor compresses the refrigerant gas and thus raises it to higher temperature level. Hot gas then liquefies and transmits its heat to the heating system. Methods and procedures used for assurance of the desired quality of products represent a special area within the area of development of heat pumps. The process of development and manufacture of heat pump includes inspection processes which assure correct functioning of heat pump in its complete lifetime cycle. While developing heat pumps, the major emphasis and attention is dedicated to the efficiency of cooling circuit and consequently, to coefficient of performance to heat pump. Modern laboratory and long years of experiences of Gorenje in the field of refrigeration are the best warranty for successful development of own production of heat pumps.
