Abstract:V diplomskem delu predstavljamo nekatere ključne sestavine kadrovske dejavnosti v megamarketih podjetja Spar d. o. o., predvsem proces zaposlovanja kadrov. Rešitve, ki jih pri tem podjetje uporablja, primerjamo s prevladujočimi strokovnimi izhodišči ter normativno ureditvijo, kar prikazujemo v uvodnem oziroma teoretičnem delu. Čeprav ni bilo mogoče v okviru tega dela pridobiti vseh pomembnih informacij, smo dobili vsaj osnovni pogled v praktično izvedbo na tem področju. Ob sicer dobri in sistemski ureditvi, ki jo podjetje prakticira, smo zaznali tudi nekaj šibkih točk, ki bi zahtevala več pozornosti pri nadaljnjem delu.

Title:EMPLOYMENT IN THE SPRAR D.O.O.
Abstract:In dissertation we present some of the crucial parts of human resource activities in hypermarkets of retails Spar d. o. o., especially process of recruitment. The solutions, which are used, are compared with dominated professional starting points and normative regulation in the first introduction or theoretical part of dissertation. Although, all the important information was not be able to gained we got at least the basic view to practical realization on that field. In spite of good and systematic structure, the company has carried out, we found out some weak points which they have to be paid more attention at the further work.
