Title:RAZVRŠČANJE BREZALKOHOLNIH SADNIH PIJAČ GLEDE NA VSEBNOST ADITIVOV

Abstract:V diplomski nalogi smo obravnavali brezalkoholne sadne pijače, kot so aromatizirane vode, ledene čaje, osvežilne pijače (sadne sokove) in nektarje, glede na vsebnost različnih aditivov. Želeli smo ugotoviti, kateri aditivi v brezalkoholnih sadnih pijačah so škodljivi za naše zdravje in katere sadne pijače te aditive vsebujejo. V nadaljevanju smo želeli ugotoviti, če so v vsaki navedeni vrsti (kategoriji) dodani točno določeni aditivi ali pa najdemo iste vrste aditivov v pijačah, ne glede na določeno vrsto sadne pijače. V naslednji stopnji smo razvrstili sadne pijače glede na različne proizvajalce. Ugotavljali smo, ali dodaja vsak proizvajalec točno določene aditive ali ne. Ugotovili smo, da na prodajnih policah skoraj ni sadne pijače, katera ne bi vsebovala vsaj enega ali več aditivov. Izpostavimo lahko le 100 % sadne sokove, ki ne vsebujejo dodatkov.

Title:CLASSIFICATION OF SOFT-DRINKS WITH REGARD TO ADDITIVES
Abstract:In the diploma work, we discussed non-alcoholic fruit beverages: flavored water, iced teas, refreshments (fruit juices) and nectars, depending on the content of various additives. We wanted to determine which additives in non-alcoholic fruit drinks are harmful to our health and fruit drinks which contain these additives. In addition, we wanted to determine if they are in each of the types (categories) added a specific additives, or find the same types of additives in drinks, regardless of the particular type of fruit drinks. In the next stage of fruit drinks were classified according to different manufactures. We assessed whether adding any manufacturers specific additives or not. We found out, that on the shelves almoust is no fruit drinks, whitch would not contain at least one or more additives. Exsposed to only 100 % fruit juice, containing no additives.
