Title:PROJEKT PRENOVE DOKUMENTIRANJA VZDRŽEVANJA LETAL V PODJETJU ADRIA AIRWAYS TEHNIKA D.O.O.

Abstract:V diplomskem delu bomo uporabili projektni pristop reševanja problemov, saj se nam zdi ta metoda najprimernejša za vpeljavo morebitne rešitve problemov, ki nastajajo pri vsakodnevnem delu v podjetju. Problemov je več, vendar se bomo osredotočili na problematiko tako imenovanih »kartic popravil«, ki se popišejo vsakič, ko mehanik na letalu ob pregledu naleti na okvaro ali izrabljen del. Opazili smo, da te kartice povzročajo vsakodnevno zaostajanje z delom, ker je njihova pot v procesu reševanja predolga. Poleg omenjenega problema lahko izpostavimo tudi problem komunikacije, ki nastane zaradi predolge poti kartic med njihovim reševanjem, in sicer med mehaniki, nabavnim sektorjem, inženiringom ter koordinatorstvom, strankami in serviserji. Vse to pa seveda na koncu prinese prevelike stroške, še posebej, če se zaradi omenjenega problema prekorači dogovorjeni rok popravila. Ker gre za prenovo določenega poslovnega procesa oziroma implementacijo računalniškega sistema za reševanje našega problema, bomo najprej pogledali nekaj teoretičnih izhodišč, s katerimi bomo lažje razumeli način dela, potem bomo predstavili projektno delo, projektni informacijski in dokumentacijski sistem ter vlogo in pomen razvojnih projektov, kot je naš. V drugem delu se bomo lotili posnetka trenutnega stanja v naši organizaciji, uporabili SWOT analizo trenutnega stanja, ki nam bo omogočila vpogled v prednosti, slabosti, nevarnosti in priložnosti. Glede na posnetek se bomo kasneje prilagajali pri vpeljavi rešitve. Veliko vlogo pri realizaciji bosta imeli koordinacija ter medsebojna komunikacija med sektorji. S projektom vpeljave računalniškega sistema Amos bomo uredili proces reševanja kartic popravil, saj bo vsaka kartica opremljena z identifikacijsko kodo, ki bo v sodelovanju z omenjenim sistemom omogočala nadzor njene trenutne lokacije. Le- to nam prinaša ključne informacije, da lahko proces reševanja kontrolirano teče naprej. Poleg te izboljšave nam rešitev odpravi velike količine papirne dokumentacije, ki je v nadaljnjem procesu lahko izgubljena, uničena ali pa nečitljivo napisana. Na tem mestu je koordinacija med sektorji ključnega pomena za izboljšavo procesa vzdrževanja letal, poslovanja podjetja, koordinacije med zaposlenimi, ohranjanja ter pridobivanja novega dela v prihodnosti.

Title:RENOVATION PROJECT OF DOCUMENTATION IN AIRCRAFT MAINTANANCE IN ADRIA AIRWAYS TEHNIKA D.O.O.
Abstract:In our study we will use project-based approach to solve our problem, because we feel this method is most suitable for the introduction of possible solutions to problems that arise in daily work in the company. There are few problems, but we will focus on the problem of the so-called »defect cards«, which are recorded each time a mechanic on board when the review comes across a fault or worn part. We noticed that this card cause lag daily work, because their way into the settlement process is too long. In addition to this problem may be drawn to the communication problem caused by excessive route cards during their completion by the mechanics, the purchasing sector, engineering and coordinators, between customers and service technicians. All this of course, ultimately lead to significant costs, especially if the aforementioned problem of the arranged term repairs. Since this is a renewal of a particular business process with the implementation of a computer system to solve our problem, we will first look at some theoretical issues, which will help us better understand the way people work, then present the project work, project information and documentation system and the role and importance of development projects as ours. The second part will deal with recording the current situation in our organization using the SWOT analysis of the current situation that will allow us insight into the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities in our organization. In view of the clip, we will later adapt to the introduction of our solutions. Major role in the realization will have coordination and communication between sectors. The project of introducing a computer system Amos will arrange repair process to resolve the cards, since each card will be equipped with an identification code that will work with the above systems to control its current location. Only this will bring us key information to enable the process to resolve the controlled running on. In addition to these improvements to a solution is to eliminate large amounts of paper documentation, which now in the process may be lost, destroyed or illegible. At this point, the coordination between sectors as mentioned above is crucial for improving the process of aircraft maintenance, business operations, coordination among staff, maintenance and acquisition of new work in the future.
