Abstract:Po podatkih spletnega podjetja e-Bay je spletna trgovina ena izmed najbolj rastočih podjetij.

Title:Key factors of success in online shops
Abstract:According to the net company e-Bay data the net market is the fastest growing economic sector. The e-Bay income of the first quarter of 2007 was 1, 77 billion dollars, which compared to the year before is an increase of 27 %. Online shopping has some advantages. Online shops are open 24 hours a day, before buying the costumer can relatively quickly check the competitive offers, shopping can be done from warm sofa. On the other hand, online shopping brings some risks. The highest risks are the abuse of the credit/debit card and buying without actually seeing the product. First, inappropriate secured process of online shopping can lead into the computer break and consequently to the abuse of the credit/debit card. Secondly, the costumer only sees the product after buying it. For advertising channels, the influence of television, radio, advertisements in newspapers and journals, recommendations from friends, advertisements on billboards and advertising mail between users and not users are not significantly different, the difference was apparent only at the ads on the Internet, which have a greater impact on users. Differences are also shown in the analysis of other communication channels, such as recommendations in professional journals, information on the Internet and online forums, which have a greater impact on the user's purchases. Both groups have a similar attitude to the campaign to promote sales and appear to be two sales a good opportunity for bargain purchases.
