Title:Informiranost kot ključno vodilo do kakovosti življenja žensk z urinsko inkontinenco

Abstract:Uhajanje seča oz. urinska inkontinenca je nesposobnost kontrole mokrenja, pri čemer urin nekontrolirano uhaja po kapljicah ali v celoti, tudi ko ga poskusimo zadržati. Stresna urinska inkontinenca je najpogostejša vrsta uhajanja vode in predstavlja nehoteno uhajanje urina ob fizičnem naporu (dvigovanju, ples, tek, aerobika, kašelj…). Uhajanje urina pa predstavlja osebno, socialno in higiensko težavo, ki prizadeti osebi precej zmanjšuje kakovost življenja. Metodologija raziskovanja. V raziskavi smo uporabili kvantitativno metodologijo dela s strukturiranim anketnim vprašalnikom. Podatke, ki smo jih pridobili, smo obdelali s pomočjo računalniškega programa Microsoft Excel in Microsoft Word, ter jih prikazali v obliki grafov. Namen raziskave je bil ugotoviti informiranost žensk o urinski inkontinenci in ugotoviti, koliko zdravstveni delavci sodelujejo pri promociji kontinence. Rezultati raziskave. Ugotovili smo, da je urinska inkontinenca še vedno tabu tema, da se o njej zelo malo govori, da je potrebno oblikovati boljše strategije promocije na področju preventive, prepoznavanja značilnosti, diagnostike in obravnave urinske inkontinence. Sklep. Medicinske sestre z znanjem in nasveti pripomorejo k boljšemu počutju, kakovostnejšemu življenju žensk z urinsko inkontinenco. Zdravstveni delavci bi si morali prizadevati za promocijo kontinence in širjenje ustreznih informacij o preprečevanju inkontinence. Povečati je potrebno ozaveščenost, dodatno izobraževanje slovenskih zdravstvenih delavcev.

Title:To be informed - the key quidance to the quality life of women with urinary incontinence
Abstract:A leak of urine respectively a urinary incontinence is a disability of bladder control with ancontroled leak at urine completely or by drops even if we try to hold it. A stress urinary incontinence is the most common kind of a leak of urine. It appears by useing physical strain (lifting, deancing, aerobics, jogging, coughing…). A leak of urine is personaly, social and higienic problems that decrease one's quality of life. Methods: We used a quantity methodology of work including a structure inquiry questionary. Date, that we gained them, we worked on with the help of computer program Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word and showed them in shape of diagrams. The intention of research was to present the urinary incontinence and to present the importance of cooperation among several health professionals by promoting a urinary incontinence. Results. Talking about urinary incontinence is still difficult for many women. There fore we have to form better strategy of promotion including preventiv care, diagnostics and treatment of urinary incontinence. Conclusion. Nurses with all their knowledge and advices contribuite to a better quality of life for women with urinary incontinence. Health professionals have to effort promotion of continence and propagate helpful informations for prevention of urinary incontinence. An additionally education of all slovene health professionals is required.
