Abstract:Obnova in rekonstrukcija starejše zgradbe običajno ni nič manj zahtevna kot novogradnja, saj je potrebno interdisciplinarno delo različnih strokovnjakov, veliko znanja ter izkušenj. Vsaka stavba govori zgodbo zase in zahteva drugačen pristop, zato sistemske rešitve običajno niso primerne ali pa jih je celo nemogoče izvesti. K problemu moramo torej pristopiti projektno in ga osvetliti iz več zornih kotov. Preden se lotimo načrtovanja, je treba zgradbo spoznati in poiskati vzroke, ki so pripeljali do obstoječega stanja. Obenem ne gre mimo trenutno veljavne zakonodaje in priporočil stroke. Šele ko k temu dodamo tudi zahteve investitorja, postavimo temelje za izdelavo kakovostnega projekta z vsemi potrebnimi plani in načrti.

Title:RECONSTRUCTION AND RESTORATION PROJECT OF ONE-DWELLING BUILDING DOLENCI 13 A
Abstract:The renovation and reconstruction of an older building is usually no less difficult than new construction. It requires the interdisciplinary efforts of experts in various fields, a lot of experience and expertise. Every building tells a tale of its own and demands a different approach. Systematic solutions are often unsuitable or even unrealizable. Therefore, it is necessary to approach the problem systematically and to examine it from different perspectives. Before any plans are made, it is necessary to examine the edifice in order to determine the causes that have lead to the state it is in. Other important factors include the valid legislative demands and requirements as well as the recommendations of the profession. Once we add to this the demands of the investor, we establish the grounds for the realization of a project of high quality with all the necessary designs and blueprints.
