Abstract:V diplomski nalogi sem predstavila spletne strani hotelov v Sloveniji in njihovo uporabnost.

Title:A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF HOTEL WEB SITES IN SLOVENIA
Abstract:In my paper I have presented hotel websites in Slovenia and their usefulness. Based on data collected, the research study is limited to a comparison of hotel web sites. In the analysis I have presented the quality of individual web sites, which according to the criteria defined by the elements and their properties are specific to the creation of successful websites. The Internet is a modern medium that offers its users a multitude of services, incorporated in which are several diverse classical media, and above all Internet is at the disposal of the user, whenever desired. Although the website is only a decade old, its popularity is rising rapidly. In today’s time and space, it represents a worldwide web service that is accessible to any user who has access to an on-line network. Websites should be adapted to the growing needs of users and should make attractive offers for all forms of tourist activities, and show this on a nice website, in which modern information technology support is used. Development and application of websites in our environment is primarily dependent on the position and approach of managers to the introduction and exploitation of modern computer technology in their midst. Information technology and hence the web page in Slovenia still depend largely on the priorities of acquisition and with that on the allocation of financial resources of the individual hotel.
