Abstract:Komuniciranje je danes prisotno povsod, tudi v organizacijah. Te pa so pravzaprav ljudje, zato je njihov uspeh odvisen od uspešnosti ljudi in njihovega komuniciranja med in z ljudmi. Prav tako lahko povzamemo, da ima vsaka organizacija različne javnosti, od katerih je odvisen njihov uspeh. Tako je pomemben del tudi interna javnost in posledično interno komuniciranje. In to se je skozi čas neprestano spreminjalo. In če je bilo nekoč dovolj le enosmerno komuniciranje, to danes več ni dovolj. V procesu internega komuniciranja so nujno potrebne povratne informacije, ki dajejo odziv na informacije, ki so bile posredovane. Če podjetju preko internega komuniciranja uspe motivirati zaposlene, torej če uspe komunicirati skupno strategijo, skupne vrednote, skupne cilje in skupno poslanstvo, je na dobri poti.

Title:INTERNAL COMMUNICATION IN GROUP IMPOL-THE GAZETTE METALURG
Abstract:Today communication is present everywhere, even in organizations. And organizations are in fact people. Success of organizations depends on the performance of people and their communication with each other. We can also conclude that each organization has different publics that depend on their success. Internal public is an important part of organizational success and, consequently, there is also internal communication. Which was constantly changing over the years. But if once only one-way communication was enough, today it is not. In the process of internal communication feedback is essential – getting a response to information that you have transmitted. If the company succeeds to motivate workers through internal communications (that means it communicates them a common strategy, common values, common goals and common mission) is on track.
