Abstract:Sistemizacija delovnih mest je običajno temeljno kadrovsko orodje, ki se lahko uporabi za številne namene pri ravnanju s človeškimi viri. V osnovi sistemizacijo delovnih mest oziroma sistemizacijo dela posredno zahteva že Zakon o delovnih razmerjih za vse delodajalce, ki imajo deset in več zaposlenih. Od ustanovitve podjetja Oriflame kozmetika d.o.o. do danes se je organizacijska struktura močno spremenila. Obstoječa sistemizacija je bila tako zastarela in ni ustrezala dejanskemu stanju, zato je bil cilj diplomskega dela prenova splošnega akta oziroma pravilnika o organizaciji in sistemizaciji delovnih mest v podjetju. Vsako podjetje se samo odloča, kako bo sistemizacijo oblikovala na najbolj ustrezen način. Podjetje Oriflame kozmetika d.o.o. se je odločilo, da bo pri izdelavi novega akta za osnovo vzel zastarel akt podjetja, hkrati pa v skladu z zakonom, kolektivno pogodbo in novimi razmerami v podjetju izdelalo nov akt. Ker je pri preoblikovanju prišlo do nekaterih sprememb v nazivih delovnega mesta delavcev, je podjetje moralo slednjim spremeniti pogodbe o zaposlitvi. V diplomskem delu poleg uvodnih teoretičnih in strokovnih osnov o sistemizaciji predstavljamo predlog rešitve prenovljenega pravilnika o organizaciji in sistemizaciji delovnih mest v podjetju.

Title:SYSTEMIZATION OF WOORKING POSITION IN COMPANY ORIFLAME KOZMETIKA D.O.O.
Abstract:Systemization of working position is usually fudamentally personnel insturment, that could be used for numerous intentions at treatment with human sources. Systemization of working position and systemization of work vicariously demands law about contractual employment relationships for all employers that have ten and more emplyees. Since establishment of company Oriflame Cosmetics d.o.o. till today, the organizational structre has changed considerably. The current systemization was so outdated and did not suit actual condition, therefor goal of a dissertation was renovation of general act and regulations about organization and systemization of working position in company. Each company is to decide how to create a systemization on most suitable way, Oriflame Cosmetics Ltd. has decided to create a new basis act for company and took an outdated document, but in accordance with the law, collective agreement and new circumstances in company, make new act. Since the transformation has resulted in some chanes in the job title of workers, the company must change employment contract. Beside introductory theoretical and professional bases we are presenting in thesis proposal of renovated regulations about organization and systemization inn company.
