Title:ORGANIZACIJSKA KULTURA IN KLIMA V TRGOVSKEM IN GOSTINSKEM LOKALU V PODJETJU X

Abstract:Ugodna organizacijska klima je osnovni pogoj za uspešno in učinkovito vodenje vsake organizacije. Predvsem gre za to, kako zaposleni dojemajo organizacijo, svoje možnosti in napredovanja v njej ter pogoje dela. Osnovna vloga vodilnega vodstva je v ustvarjanju optimalnih pogojev dela in vzdušja za čim učinkovitejše delovanje posameznika in vseh oddelkov organizacije. Podjetja, ki se zavedajo, kako pomembna je ugodnost organizacijske klime in njenega vpliva na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih in uspešnost poslovanja, si prizadevajo ustvariti takšno vzdušje, ki bo nudilo najboljše poslovne rezultate. Prav zaradi pomembnega vpliva na uspešno in učinkovito delovanje organizacije je klimo v podjetju potrebno in smiselno preučiti in izmeriti ter na osnovi ugotovljenih spoznanj uvesti in izvajati ukrepe za izboljšanje klime. V prvem delu diplomske naloge bom predstavila teoretična spoznanja v zvezi z organizacijsko klimo, organizacijsko kulturo in njun vpliv na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih in uspešnost organizacije. V slednjem delu pa sem to znanje aplicirala na raziskavo organizacijske klime in zadovoljstva zaposlenih v izbrani organizaciji.

Title:ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND CLIMATE IN TRADE AND CATERING ESTABLISHMENT IN COMPANY X
Abstract:Favorable organization climate is a base for successful and effective function of organization. Organizational climate tells us how employees comprehend organization, possibilities they have there and their work conditions. Basic rule of management is creating optimal conditions and atmosphere for more effective work of individual and all divisions of the organization. Companies, which realize the importance of favorable organization climate and its impact on contentment of employees and business success or organization, struggle to create a kind of atmosphere that will offer the best business results. Because the influence the atmosphere has on successful and effective work of organization it should be studied and measured. Based on the gained discoveries actions for improvement of atmosphere should be initiated and performed. In the first part of my diploma I have given theoretical discoveries about organizational climate, organizational culture and their influence on contentment of employees and success of the organization. In the second part I have allocated these discoveries on the research of organizational climate and contentment of employees in the chosen organization.
