Abstract:Zanesljivost izdelkov je v veliki meri določena z njihovo konstrukcijo, ki se definira v procesu razvoja izdelkov. Za doseganje visokega nivoja zanesljivosti kompleksnih izdelkov ni dovolj le uporaba specialističnih znanj s področja kakovosti in zanesljivosti, temveč je potrebno vključiti tudi ostalo inženirsko znanje in izkušnje, ki sodeluje v fazah razvoja, proizvodnje in servisiranja izdelkov, da lahko res dobro razumemo in napovedujemo možne vzroke odpovedi in učinkovito preprečujemo njihovo pojavljanje. Za doseganje tega rabimo dobro upravljanje zanesljivosti izdelkov, ki se ukvarja z načrtovanjem, vgrajevanjem in preverjanjem zanesljivosti. Jedro upravljanja zanesljivosti predstavlja program zanesljivosti, ki predpisuje izvajanje aktivnosti in uporabe različnih metod pri razvoju, proizvodnji in uporabi izdelkov z namenom doseganja zahtevanega nivoja zanesljivosti izdelkov. Večina izbranih metod je sicer splošno znanih, vendar gre pri tem tudi za njihovo medsebojno dopolnjevanje in lahko prinašajo pričakovane rezultate le kot celota. Delo je osredotočeno na program zanesljivosti hladilnih aparatov, namenjenih za uporabo v gospodinjstvih.

Title:REFRIGERATION APPLIANCES RELIABILITY MANAGEMENT
Abstract:Reliability of products is largely determined by their design, which is defined in the process of product development. It is not enough just to use specialized knowledge in the field of quality and reliability to achieve a high level of reliability of complex products, but we also need to include other engineering knowledge and experience participating in development, manufacturing and servicing products so that we can really understand and predict the possible failure causes and effectively prevent their occurrence. To achieve this we need decent products reliability management dealing with planning, designing-in and verifying reliability. Reliability program is the core of reliability management and it requires performance of activities and use of different methods during the development, manufacturing and usage of appliances in order to achieve the required reliability of appliances. Most of these methods are widely known, but there is synergy effect which can provide expected results only as a whole. Postgraduate work is focused on household refrigeration appliances reliability program.
