Title:SIMULACIJA TEHNOLOGIJE NADZORA NAD GLOBINO ANESTEZIJE- BIS MONITOR

Abstract:V diplomskem delu smo izdelali simulacijsko okolje za predstavitev tehnologije nadzora nad globino anestezije. Preverili smo ali so obstoječi simulatorji ustrezni za simulacijo BIS monitorja. Na svetovnem spletu smo poiskali vsebine v obliki računalniških simulatorjev, ki obravnavajo tehnologijo BIS monitoringa in se osredotočili na ključne učne točke. Diplomsko delo tako predstavlja učbenik za uporabo simulacije tehnologije nadzora nad globino anestezije. Monitor BIS je nevrofiziološka naprava s pomočjo katere neprekinjeno analiziramo elektroencefalogram (EEG) bolnika med anestezijo kot tudi v zadnjem času vse pogosteje v enotah intenzivne medicine (EIM) za oceno globine sedacije. Vloga medicinske sestre pri anesteziji je zelo pomembna. Medicinska sestra pri anesteziji izvaja nadzor in priprave bolnika na operacijo, nadzor med anestezijo in spremlja bolnika po končani operaciji. Pri nadzoru in terapiji se uporablja v današnjem času zelo kompleksna tehnologija. Primarni uporabniki tehnologije v zdravstvu so medicinske sestre, ki skrbijo za tehnologijo in morajo biti na tem področju zadostno izobražene ter usposobljene. Pri uporabi nove in že obstoječe tehnologije, lahko pride do resnih zapletov zaradi nepravilne uporabe te tehnologije.

Title:DEPTH OF ANAESTHESIA WITH THE SIMULATION OF CONTROL TEHNOLOGY - BIS MONITOR
Abstract:In dissertation we made a simulation environment for presentation of technology supervision of depth of anaesthesia. We cecked if our existent simulators are suitable for simulation on the BIS monitor. We searched out contens in shape of computer simulators on the world wide web, that deal with technology of BIS monitoring and concentrate on key didactic points. This dissertation is therefore a presenting textbook on use of simulation technology supervision about depth anaesthesia. Monitor BIS is a nevrophysiological device with wich we incessantly analyse electroencefalogram (EEG) of the patient during anaesthesia. Lately, we also often use it in units of intense medicine (EIM) for depht sedation assessment. The role of a nurse in anaesthesia implementation is very important. The nurse in anaesthesia, monitors and prepares the patient for surgery and monitors the anaeshesia of a patient durring and after the surgery. Today we use very complex technology in supervision and tretment. Primary users of technology in health care are nurses. They take care of the technology and therefore must be sufficiently educated and trained in this field. Misusing new and already existing technologies can lead to serious complications.
