Title:MENTORJI V INTEGRIRANI PRAKSI ŠTUDENTOV PREDŠOLSKE VZGOJE

Abstract:Pridobivanje praktičnih izkušenj je za vsakega študenta izrednega pomena. Prav zato je praktičnemu izobraževanju študentov potrebno namenjati raziskovalno pozornost. Kako je dejansko z integrirano prakso študentov predšolske vzgoje pri nas, bi lahko ugotavljali na različne načine, mi smo za mnenje povprašali tiste, ki so neposredno vključeni v njeno izvajanje, vzgojitelje mentorje, pri katerih študentje predšolske vzgoje Pedagoške fakultete v Mariboru integrirano prakso tudi opravljajo. Namen diplomskega dela Mentorji v integrirani praksi študentov predšolske vzgoje je bil ugotoviti, kako organiziranost in vsebino integrirane prakse doživljajo in sprejemajo vzgojitelji mentorji ter kakšen odnos vlada med njimi in študenti na integrirani praksi. Pri vseh teh postavkah smo skušali najti tudi razlike med vzgojitelji mentorji glede na dolžino delovne dobe in stopnjo izobrazbe. Raziskava je pokazala, da mentorji integrirano prakso doživljajo zelo pozitivno, predvsem odnose s študenti, nekaj sprememb je bilo predlaganih na področju organizacije in vsebine, kar je razumljivo, saj se na tem področju dejansko oni prilagajajo zahtevam fakultete, kar pa jim seveda marsikdaj prinese težave. Ker se je z letošnjim študijskim letom začel izvajati prenovljen študijski program predšolske vzgoje, ki prinaša nekaj novosti na področju praktičnega usposabljanja, bi bilo seveda zanimivo primerjati, kako bodo vzgojitelji mentorji doživljali integrirano prakso po prenovljenem programu.

Title:MENTORS IN THE INTEGRATED PRACTICE OF STUDENTS OF PRESCHOOL EDUCATION
Abstract:Getting practical experience has a very important value for each student and that is why we should focus more research attention to their practical education. We could evaluate the integrated practice of students of preschool education in many different ways but we asked for opinion those who are directly evolved in its realization; educators who cooperate and execute integrated practice as mentors to students of preschool education of Pedagogical faculty in Maribor. Intention of this diploma work, Mentors in integrated practice of students of preschool education, was to find out how educators as mentors feel about the organization and content of integrated practice and what the relation between them and their students is during practice. We tried to find differences between mentors according to their work age and degree of education. The research has shown that mentors experience integrated practice very positive especially when it comes to their relation with students but they have proposed some changes about organization and content which is reasonable according to the fact that they are the one who have to adapt to faculty terms which can cause some difficulties. With this year a renewed program of preschool education started and it brings some novelty to practical education. It would be interesting to compare how educator as mentors experience this renewed program but this is another theme.
