Abstract:V diplomskem delu je opisan postopek izdelave krmilnega programa avtomatiziranega tehnološkega procesa paletizacije. Opisana je zgradba stroja, tehnološki proces paletizacije, načrtovanje projekta in krmilni elementi glede na njihovo funkcionalnost. Predstavljeno je serijsko podatkovno vodilo Profibus za komunikacijo med krmilnikom in robotom. Predstavljen je programirljivi logični krmilnik, vmesnik človek-stroj in pripadajoča programska oprema za načrtovanje. Opisana je tudi izvedba programa logičnega krmilnika s posameznimi funkcijami, ki se delijo glede na funkcijske dele stroja. S predstavitvijo postopka testiranja končnega krmilnega programa izpostavimo nekatere napake v sintaksi in funkcionalnosti.

Title:AUTOMATION OF PALLETISATION WITH PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC CONTROLLER
Abstract:Diploma describes steps in construction of controlling program for technological automation process of palletisation. Construction of machine, technological process and project planning, with functionality of controlling elements are described. Serial data bus, Profibus, for communication between controller and robot is presented. Programmable logic controller, human-machine interface and planning software are described. Including description of controlling program with functions based on different functional parts of machine. With the introduction of testing procedures of the final controlling program, certain errors in syntax and functionality are exposed.
