Title:EKOLOŠKA PRIDELAVA ŽIVIL V SLOVENSKEM PROSTORU

Abstract:Ekološko kmetijstvo se je na osnovi biološkega razumevanja medsebojnih povezav v kmetijstvu razvilo v celosten koncept kmetijskega gospodarjenja, ki si v sozvočju z naravo prizadeva za čim bolj sklenjen krogotok snovi in energije na kmetiji oziroma posestvu. Ekološki kmet zato prednostno izbira takšne ukrepe, s katerimi bo dosegel kar najboljšo pridelovalno zmožnost kmetije kot celote. Eden glavnih ciljev ekološkega kmetijstva oziroma bioproizvodnje je, da s pomočjo ekološke pridelave kot tudi s pazljivo predelavo živil, ki ohranja njihovo prehransko vrednost, proizvaja zdrava, visoko kakovostna živila za človeško prehrano. Ekološki kmetje pri svojem delu upoštevajo zakonitosti narave, ne uporabljajo kemičnih sintetičnih pesticidov in umetnih mineralnih gnojil ter gensko spremenjenih organizmov. Ekološko kmetovanje v Sloveniji pridobiva na pomenu tako pri kmetih, še bolj pa pri potrošnikih. V diplomski nalogi so predstavljeni različni vidiki ekološkega kmetijstva ter ostalih atributov, ki so povezani z bioproizvodnjo. Poudarek je predvsem na stanju ekološkega kmetijstva pri nas, podrobno pa je opisana tudi problematika prehoda iz konvencionalnega v ekološko kmetijstvo. V okviru tematike diplomskega dela je bila obiskana tudi ekološko-turistična kmetija Pri Lazarju v Zalogu, kjer so bile pridobljene informacije o preusmeritvi kmetije ter problemi, s katerimi se na kmetiji srečujejo. Na koncu so predstavljeni različni vidiki, med njimi tudi organizacijski in finančni ter možnosti izboljšanja obstoječega sistema.

Title:ORGANIC FOOD PRODUCTION IN SLOVENIAN TERRITORY
Abstract:Organic farming has based on a biological understanding of the interconnections in agriculture developed into a comprehensive concept of agricultural management, which in harmony with nature efforts to conclude cycle of matter and energy on the farm or property. Organic farmer, therefore prioritively select such measures with which will achieve the best possible production capacity of the farm as a whole. One of the main goals of organic agriculture or bioproduction is to through organic farming and food processing with caution to maintain their nutritional value, produce healthy, high quality food for human consumption. Organic farmers at their work account the laws of nature, do not use synthetic chemical pesticides and synthetic chemical fertilizers and genetically modified organisms. Organic farming in Slovenia is gaining in importance both to the farmers even more by consumers. In diploma there are presented different aspects of organic farming and other attributes that are associated with bioproduction. The emphasis is on the state of organic farming in our country, and also describing in detail the problems of transition from conventional to organic farming. Relating the theme, the eco-tourism farm Pri Lazarju in Zalog was visited, where notes of information concerning the conversion of farms were taken and the problems that farm is facing with. In the end there are presented various aspects, including organizational and financial, and also opportunities to improve the existing system.
