Abstract:V diplomskem delu želimo ugotoviti, kako potekajo redni letni razgovori v družbi Aleasing d.o.o., raziskati, kako jih izvajajo in kakšno je mnenje zaposlenih o rednih letnih razgovorih v tej družbi. Diplomsko delo je razdeljeno na tri dele. V prvem, teoretičnem delu naloge smo predstavili vodenje, motivacijo in komunikacijo, ki so ključni dejavniki vsake organizacije. Podrobneje smo analizirali pojem redni letni razgovori, njihov namen, potek in pomembnost. V drugem delu smo predstavili družbo Aleasing d.o.o., v kateri smo tudi izvedli raziskovalni del. Predstavili smo dejavnost in način vodenja družbe ter organizacijsko strukturo. Tretji del je raziskovalni del naloge, ki smo ga opravili na podlagi anketnega vprašalnika, s katerim smo pridobili mišljenja zaposlenih v družbi Aleasing d.o.o. V raziskavi so vidne želje in hotenja posameznikov. Zaposleni si želijo več medsebojnih odnosov, priznanj njihovega vodje, občutek pomembnosti in koristnosti. Vse to vodi k zadovoljstvu zaposlenih in k uspešnemu delovanju organizacije. Da bi to dosegli, je potrebno čim več komunicirati z zaposlenimi, jim nameniti svoj čas in naklonjenost, jih povprašati o njihovem mnenju, jim postavljati izzive in dajati naloge, s katerimi se bodo lahko dokazali.

Title:ANNUAL INTERWIEVS IN THE COMPANY ALEASING D.O.O.
Abstract:In my paper I want to determine how regular annual discussion in company Aleasing d.o.o. looks like and how do employees in the company feel about it. My paper is divided into three parts. In the first, theoretical one, we have presented leadership, motivation and communication, which are key factors of every organisation. Regular annual discussion is observed in the greater detail, as well their purpose, course and importance. In the second party company Aleasing d.o.o., where research took place, is presented. We have presented management methods and structure of the company. Thir one is research part of the paper, which is based on the results of questionnaire regarding employees opinion about their needs and will in the company. Employeed would like to spend more time with each other, have more praises from leader and have feeling of being important and useful. To achiee that there needs to be more communication with employees and more devoted time and kindess.
