Title:ANALIZA OKOLJSKE USTREZNOSTI IZBIRE GRADBENIH MATERIALOV PRI GRADNJI PASIVNIH MONTAŽNIH HIŠ

Abstract:Pasivne hiše zaradi nizke toplotne prevodnosti prinašajo velike energetske prihranke. Pasivna hiša mora ustrezati določenim standardom pasivne gradnje, kot so zrakotesnost, nizka toplotna prevodnost id., standardi pa ne določajo iz kakšnih gradbenih materialov mora biti stavba zgrajena. Načelom trajnostne arhitekture najbolj ustreza pasivna hiša, ki je zgrajena iz naravnih gradbenih materialov, ki imajo minimalne negativne vplive na okolje in zdravje ljudi. Za proizvodnjo nekaterih gradbenih materilov se porabi veliko energije in sprosti ogromna količina emisij CO2. Pri monatžni pasivni gradnji se kot nosilec konstrukcije uporablja les, ki ima pozitivne vplive na okolje, saj v procesu fotosinteze veže CO2. Okoljska ustreznost zgradbe tako ni odvisna le od količine energije, ki se porabi za ogrevanje v času obratovanja zgradbe, ampak tudi od porabljene energije in vplivov na okolje v času proizvodnje gradbenih materialov, ki so vgrajeni v stavbo. V empiričnem delu smo z vidika CO2 odtisa analizirali gradbene materiale v zunanji steni večjega števila ponudnikov slovenskih montažnih pasivnih hiš. Rezulati raziskave, kažejo, da so okoljsko ustreznejše zunanje stene montažnih pasivnih hiš tiste, ki uporabljajo večji delež naravnih gradbenih materialov — predvsem lesa ter izolacije iz celuloze. Trend gradje pasivnih hiš naraša v tujini in v zadnjih letih tudi v Sloveniji. Ozaveščenost graditeljev in investirtorjev je trenutno bolj na strani zmanjšanja porabe energije za ogrevanje v času obratovanja stavbe. Čedalje več pa je tudi takšnih, ki se zavedajo pozitivnega vpliva na okolje in zdravlje ljudi, ki ga imajo naravni gradbeni materiali. Gradnja z naravnimi materiali je za 20-30% dražja od tiste z konvencionalnimi gradbenimi materiali. S povečanjem povpraševanja se bo spremenila tudi cenovna konkurečnost ponudnikov, ki gradijo z naravnimi gradbenimi materiali. Montažna pasivna gradnja iz naravnih materilov lahko postane izdelek množične proizvodnje, za kar pa je potrebno ozavestiti ljudi in proizvajalce. V diplomskem delu so predstavljene prednosti in slabosti gradnje z naravnimi gradbenimi materiali.

Title:ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS OF THE CHOICE OF MATERIALS IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF PREFABRICATED PASSIVE HOUSES
Abstract:Passive houses generate substantial energy savings because of its low thermal conductivity. A passive house must meet certain standards of passive construction such as air tightness and low thermal conductivity, but standards do not set what building materials a building must be built of. A passive house, built of natural building materials that have minimum negative impacts on the environment and human health, best suits the principles of sustainable architecture. For the production of certain construction materials a lot of energy is spent and it releases vast amounts of CO2 emissions. In prefabricated passive construction timber is used as a structure carrier, which has positive effects on the environment because it binds CO2 in the photosynthesis process. The environmental performance of the building does not depend only on the amount of energy consumed for building heating during operation, but also on the energy consumed and the environmental impact during the production of building materials incorporated into the building. In the empirical part we analyzed building materials in the outer wall in the large number of Slovenian providers of prefabricated passive houses from the CO2 footprint point of view. The study results show that environmentally more appropriate external walls of prefabricated passive houses are those that use a larger share of natural building materials - primarily wood and cellulose insulation. The building trend of passive houses is increasing abroad and also in Slovenia in the recent years. Awareness of builders and investors and is currently more on the side of reduction of energy consumption for heating buildings during the operation. There is also a lot more of those who are aware of the positive impact that natural building materials have on the environment and health. Building with natural materials is up to 20-30% more expensive than with conventional building materials. With the increase in demand the price of competitive suppliers building with natural building materials will also change. Prefabricated passive construction with natural materials can become a product in mass production but for that we need to raise awareness among people and producers. The thesis presents the pros and cons of building with natural building materials.
