Title:UPOROVNE MOSTIČNE METODE IN NJIHOVA PRIKLJUČITEV NA DAQ NI 6008

Abstract:Deformacija materialov je zelo aktualna tema današnjega časa. Veliko strojev, zgradb, prevoznih sredstev, mostov itd. je podvrženih različnim deformacijam in funkcioniranju pod določenimi pogoji. Merjenje deformacij je pomembno tako za gradnjo objektov, materialov kot za alarmiranje pred uničenjem. Zaradi avtomatiziranja meritev in splošne uporabnosti smo si zadali cilj ustvariti računalniški vmesnik, ki bi bil splošno uporaben za meritve deformacij. Zato smo v tej nalogi izdelali univerzalni grafični vmesnik v LabVIEWu, s katerim lahko za eno značilno meritev uporabimo več različnih mostičnih metod, ki jih menjamo programsko. Te mostične metode uporabljata kot referenčne podjetji National Instruments (NI) in Hewlett-Packard (HP). Z izdelavo grafičnega vmesnika smo za ustrezna mostična vezja uspeli izdelati sistem za merjenje deformacij upogibov in raztezkov oziroma stiskov. Grafični vmesnik omogoča poleg statičnega tudi dinamično spremljanje meritev.

Title:RESISTANCE BRIDGE METHODS AND THEIR CONECTIVITY TO DAQ NI 6008
Abstract:Deformation of materials is a very topical issue today. Many machines, buildings, vehicles, bridges, etc.. is subjected to various distortions and functioning under certain conditions. Measurement of deformation is important both for the construction of buildings, materials as well as alerting from destruction. In order to automate the measurements and for general applicability, we have set ourselves the aim of creating a computer interface that would be generally applicable for measuring deformation. Therefore, we have made general graphical interface in LabVIEW which allows typical measurement using several different methods of bridging that we change it in the program. The same bridge circuit methods are using companies National Instruments (NI) and Hewlett-Packard (HP) as referential methods. By creating a graphical interface we have managed a system for appropriate bridge circuit method that measure bending and axial strain. Graphical user interface allows in addition of static also dynamic monitoring measurements.
