Abstract:V sadjarskem centru Maribor — poskusna postaja Gačnik smo primerjali vpliv integrirane in ekološke pridelave jabolk (Malus domestica B.) na kakovost in skladiščno sposobnost plodov v enakih talnih in klimatskih pogojih. Primerjali smo odporne sorte 'Santana', 'Topaz' in 'Dalinbel' ter sorto 'Gala', neodporno na bolezni škrlup in plesen. Iz rezultatov je razvidno, da način pridelave ni vplival na kvaliteto in količino pridelka. Vpliv je imel voluhar, ki je nekatera drevesa bolj prizadel in s tem vplival na količino ter kakovost pridelka. V skladišču so se močneje pojavile bolezni v ekološkem načinu pridelave sort 'Santana' in 'Gala'. Pri oceni organoleptičnih lastnosti nismo ugotovili razlik v načinu pridelave.

Title:Comparison of the impact of integrated and organic production of apples (Malus domestica B.) on the quality and the storage capacity of the fruits
Abstract:The comparison of the impact of intergraded and organic production of apples (Malus domestica B.) on the quality and the storage capacity of the fruits was made in the Fruit Growing Centre Maribor (the experimental station Gačnik). All the fruits were produced in the same soil and climatic conditions. The resistant species Santana, Topaz and Dalinbel were compared to not resistant specie Gala considering the diseases of scab and mildew. The results suggest that the mode of production did not affect the quality or quantity of the product. Vole affected the apple trees and this is how it had the impact on the quality and quantity of the product. In the warehouse, the diseases more often emerged in organic production of the species Santana and Gala. While assessing the organoleptic properties, there were found no differences in the mode of the production.
