Abstract:Okno je sestavni del fasadnih površin, zato je pomembno, da se odločamo za kakovostna okna. V diplomskem delu je v prvem delu predstavljena vrednostna analiza, ki jo tim izvaja v petih fazah. Omenjene faze izvedb oken (PVC, les, les-ALU) vključujejo osnovne lastnosti oken, primerjave izbranih lastnosti in stroške. Na podlagi opravljene analize lahko ugotovimo katera izvedba je najprimernejša. Na koncu so podane osnovne značilnosti marketinškega komuniciranja ter predstavljeni instrumenti, kateri se najpogosteje pojavljajo v procesu prodaje oken.

Title:EVALUATING ECONOMY OF DIFFERENT TYPES OF WINDOWS IN RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS WITH VALUE ANALYSIS
Abstract:Windows are an integral part of facade surfaces and that is the reason why it is important for us to choose quality windows. The first part of graduate work presents value analysis which is conducted in five phases by a team. These phases of window performances (PVC, wood, wood-aluminium) are including basic features of windows, a comparison of selected characteristics and costs. Based on performed analysis we could decide which option is more suitable for our home. In the end, there are given features of marketing communication and an instrument of marketing communication which is most frequent in the sales process windows.
