Title:OSEBNOST POSAMEZNIKOV IN IZBIRA KADROV V OKVIRU UPRAVLJANJA ČLOVEŠKIH VIROV

Abstract:Vsaka organizacija bi se morala zavedati, da so zaposleni srce organizacije. Zaposleni so ključni element za uspeh, rast in razvoj organizacije. Zato je potrebno vlagati in razvijati tudi v svoje zaposlene. Potrebno jih je dodatno izobraževati, usposabljati, motivirati, spodbujati ter jih tudi osebno poznati, da vidimo, česa so naši zaposleni sposobni, koliko lahko dokažejo, pokažejo in dosežejo. Za organizacije je seveda najbolj pomembno, da pravilno izberejo svoje zaposlene, potencialne kadre, kateri bodo ključni elementi za organizacijo, da z njimi doseže uspeh in rast organizacije. Seveda je tudi zelo pomembno, da so zaposleni zadovoljni, da delajo s srcem, z veseljem opravljajo naloge organizacije, ki so jim dane. Tako se bodo še hitreje vsi razvijali, bodo uspešni, bolj motivirani in zadovoljni. Razvijala se ne bo samo organizacija, ampak tudi zaposleni v njej, njihova kariera, vsi bodo še bolj uspešni. Naše raziskave so pokazale, da je zelo pomembno, predvsem za tistega, ki izbira, da izbere različne ustrezajoče tehnike, najbolj sebi primerne in tudi primerne za kandidate, da bo dobil ustrezne uporabne rezultate različnih tipov kandidatov.

Title:PERSONALITY OF INDIVIDUALS AND SELECTION OF PERSONNEL WITHIN THE HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
Abstract:Each organization should be aware, that employees are most important, that they are the heart of the organization. Employees are a key element for success, growth and development. This is way it is so important to invest and develop also in your own employees. It is important to educate them, qualify them, motivate and stimulate and also know them personally to see what are they capable of, how much can they prove and achieve. For organization, of course, the most important to choose their employees in a correct way. Potential workers will be the key element for organization to achieve success and growth. It is important for workers to be satisfied, that they do their work with heart and ease. So tasks and goals of an organization get achieved, and it all leads to quicker development, more motivation and bigger success. Not only for an organization but also for workers and their career. Our research has shown, that it is very important, especially for those who choose to select a different suitable technique, appropriate for an organization and for workers to get usable results from different types of candidates. Same importance for candidates is to be tested with technique suitable for them or at least they would wish to be tested with.
