Title:ANALIZA REZULTATOV ANKET POTROŠNIKOVEGA NAKUPA EKOLOŠKEGA PRAŠIČJEGA MESA

Abstract:V letu 2008 smo na slovenskem Štajerskem opravili raziskavo o potrošnikovem vedenju pri odločanju za nakup mesa ekološko rejenih prašičev in kaj vpliva na njihovo osebno odločitev. Odločili smo se za najbolj temeljito obliko anketiranja, to je individualno (osebno) anketiranje, saj zagotavlja najboljšo komunikacijo med anketirancem in anketarjem. Uporabili smo vzorec 100 naključno izbranih potrošnikov. Vsakemu anketirancu smo pojasnili, kakšen je namen anketnega vprašalnika in mu zagotovili anonimnost. Anketni vprašalnik je bil razdeljen na dva sklopa vprašanj, prvi sklop vprašanj se je nanašal na uživanje mesa, drugi pa na demografske spremenljivke, kot so spol, starostna struktura, izobrazbena raven, število članov gospodinjstva ter ocena življenjskega standarda. Ugotovljeno je bilo, da slaba polovica anketiranih ne uživa ekološko pridelane hrane. Tisti, ki uživajo tovrstno hrano, pa posegajo po njej zelo redko. Kar 81 % anketiranih še ni poskusilo mesa ekološko rejenih prašičev. Pri 18 % vprašanih, ki pa so zaužili to meso, jih večina opazi razliko med mesom prašiča iz intenzivne in ekološke reje. Raziskavo smo izvedli v obliki anketnih vprašalnikov.

Title:Analysis of the survey results of consumer purchase of organic pig meat
Abstract:In Štajerska region we conducted a study during 2008 that looked at consumer behaviour and influences involved on the decision to buy organically raised pigs. We opted for the most thorough survey form, which is an individual (personal) survey; it provides the best communication between interviewee and interviewer. We used a sample of 100 randomly selected consumers. We explain the purpose of the survey to each subject and assured them anonymity. The survey was divided into two sets of questions; the first set of questions was concerned with the consumption of meat; the other set of questions was about demographic variables such as gender, age structure, educational level, number of household members, and assessment of living standards. It was found that less than half subjects do not consume organic food. As for those who consume this kind of food, they do it rarely. 81% of subjects have not even tried meat from organically raised pigs. As for 18% of subjects who have eaten organic meat, most of them noticed the difference between the meat from farmed pigs and organically raised pigs. The research was conducted in a questionnaires form.
