Title:KRIZNI MANAGEMENT IN UKREPI PRI REŠEVANJU GRADBENEGA PODJETJA V KRIZI

Abstract:Vedno bolj globalen svetovni trg in nenehne velike ter nenadne krize v svetovnem gospodarstvu zahtevajo od vodje hitre in pravilne odločitve. Podjetja, ki poslujejo, se vsakodnevno srečujejo s problemi, ki jih povzročajo spremembe tako v okolju kot tudi znotraj njega. Zato je velikega pomena, kako se odzivajo nanje. Ne morejo se jim namreč izogniti, lahko pa jih, vsaj nekatere, napovejo. Management v podjetju mora biti vedno pripravljen na krizo. V nasprotnem primeru se lahko podjetja hitro znajdejo v situaciji, ko ne morejo več normalno delovati. Če vodstvo podjetja ne reagira pravočasno in pravilno, lahko taka situacija pripelje tudi propada podjetja. Glede na to, da so krize sestavni del v obdobju poslovanja vsakega podjetja, je zelo pomembno, da poslovodstvo dosledno spoštuje temeljna načela finančnega poslovanja. Poslovodstvo mora, takoj ko zazna prve znake krize, povečati skrb za kontrolo poslovanja, izdelati analizo razlogov za pojav krize, možnosti za njeno odpravo ter poiskati pot, ki vodi iz krize. Avtorji izraz kriza podjetja definirajo in razlagajo zelo različno. Nekateri jo opredeljujejo predvsem kot finančno, drugi jo definirajo bolj široko. Kriza v podjetju ne nastopi kar naenkrat, ampak se začne nekaj let prej. Prav tako posamezni avtorji govorijo o različnih vzrokih krize v podjetju. Večina pa jih je prepričana, da se glavni vzroki pretežno nahajajo v neustreznem ravnanju znotraj podjetja. V diplomski nalogi sem poskušala predstaviti krize v podjetjih na splošno ter se podrobneje soočiti s primerom reševanja krize v podjetju Stavbar Gradnje d.o.o., Maribor. Obravnavano podjetje in njegov boj za ohranitev ter nadaljnji razvoj dejavnosti mi je bil izziv, zato sem ga podrobneje predstavila. Iz virov je razvidno, da se vodstvo podjetja zaveda težav in svojih pomanjkljivosti, zato si je zastavilo cilje za njihovo reševanje, ki so realni in po mojem prepričanju lahko prinesejo tudi želene rezultate. Družba je z dobro pripravljenim načrtom finančne reorganizacije še vedno v postopku prisilne poravnave, s katero se skuša znebiti predvsem finančnih negativnih posledic krize ter si prizadeva zagotoviti temelje za nadaljnje poslovanje. Izkazalo pa se je, da je prisilna poravnava nujen, a hkrati tudi nezadosten ukrep za obstoj in nadaljnji razvoj podjetja. Prisilna poravnava je zahteven postopek, ki se ga mora podjetje skrbno lotiti, saj predstavlja še zadnjo možnost pred stečajem in prenehanjem poslovanja. Načrt finančne reorganizacije mora biti pripravljen na način, da bo sočasno sprejemljiv za dolžnike in za večino upnikov ter da bo hkrati omogočal nadaljnji razvoj družbe. Diplomska naloga potrjuje prepričanje, da je kriza v podjetju rešljiv dogodek. Pomembno je pravočasno soočenje z njo, kakor tudi vodstvo in kadri s perspektivnimi cilji in vizijo podjetja.

Title:CRISIS MANAGEMENT AND STABILISATION ACTIONS IN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY IN CRISIS
Abstract:Icreasingly global world market and a number of sudden crisis in world economy demand that the leaders make quick and right decisioins. Operating companies have everyday problems, caused by environmental changes so it is very important how they respond to them. Problems can not be avoided but they can be predicted. Company's management must always be prepared for the crisis. In the contrary, companies are found in the situation where they can not function properly. If the management of the company does not react in time and correctly, that kind of situation can lead to the failure of the company. Crises are a component of an operating companies therefore it is significant for the company's management to take the main principles of financial management into account. As soon as the the company managers percieve the first signs of the crisis, they have to raise care of operating control, make analysis of causes for the crisis and try to find alternatives for its elimination and find the way out if it. The expression crisis of the company is explained and defined differently by authors. Some of them write primarly about financial crisis and the others define it more broadly. Crisis of the company does not start suddenly but is launched yeas before. Authors also write about different causes of the crises in the companies. Most of them are sure that the main cause is inside of the companies, specifically in their management. In my thesis I tried to present the crises of the companies in general and thoroughly analyse the case of the company Stavbar Gradnje d.o.o., Maribor and their ways of solving the crisis. It was a great challenge for me to present the company's struggle for their retention and further development of their services. Evidently, the management of the company is aware of their problems and imperfections that is why they set their goals for a solution. In my opinion, the goals are realistic and they can bring the expected results. The company has a good plan for financial rearrangement and is still in the composition proceedings. It is trying to get rid of negative financial consequiences of the crisis and build foundations for further operating activities. It is demonstrated that the compulsory composition is an urgent but also insufficient measure for the company's existence and its further development. Compulsory composition is a difficult procedure which company has to execute thoroughly because it is the last chance before bankruptcy and the ending of the company's operating activities. A plan for financial rearrangement has to be set in a way that it is acceptable for debtors and the most of creditors and that simultaneously enables further development of the company. My thesis vindicates the belief that the company's crisis is a solvable occurrence. The important factors are well-timed confrontation and good company's management and personnel with high goals and clear vision.
