Abstract:V diplomskem delu je predstavljeno 3 D konstruiranje orodij za vročo ekstruzijo profilov iz aluminijevih zlitin in predhodna priprava za uvoz v simulacijski paket HyperWorks. Za ekstruzijo profilov iz aluminijevih zlitin se uporablja več tipov orodja. Konstrukterji orodij za vročo ekstruzijo aluminijevih profilov morajo imeti tako teoretično znanje in poznavanje programskih paketov, kot tudi mnogo dolgoletnih izkušenj na tem področju. Na podlagi zahtev po obliki profila je potrebno orodje zasnovati tako, da bo omogočalo nemoteno in ekonomično proizvodnjo. Ker pa se pojavljajo vedno večje zahteve po oblikah, dimenzijski natančnosti, kvaliteti površin ter dobavnih rokih, smo v podjetju Kaldera d. o. o. začeli izvajati simulacije. S programskim paketom HyperWorks orodje predhodno simuliramo in se tako izognemo kasnejšim korekcijam.

Title:DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING OF EXTRUSION TOOLS FOR AL PARTS
Abstract:This diploma work presents 3D designing of tools for hot extrusion profiles, which are made from aluminium alloys, and the preceding preparations for export into the simulation package HyperWorks. Different types of tools are used for aluminium alloy profile extrusion. Constructors of tools for hot aluminium alloy profile extrusion must be aquainted with theoretical facts, be proficient in using programme packages as they need years of experience in this field. The tool must be designed to enable undisturbed and economical production, considering the profile shape requirements. Due to constantly increasing requirements regarding shape, dimensions, surface quality and delivery times, company Kaldera started to bring simulations into use. We use the programme package HyperWorks to previously simulate tools, which helps us to avoid later corrections.
