Title:DIDAKTIČNI VIDIKI STANJA IN TRENDOV UPORABE INFORMACIJSKO KOMUNIKACIJSKE TEHNOLOGIJE (IKT) V SLOVENSKIH SREDNJIH ŠOLAH

Abstract:Poučevanje se nanaša na pojem izobraževanja, kjer predstavlja sistematično podajanje učne snovi v okviru organiziranih izobraževalnih ustanov. Tradicionalna, šolska, formalna oziroma frontalna oblika izobraževanja zajema poučevanje učitelja in učenje učenca. Stik med učencem in učiteljem je bistvenega pomena. Sodobno življenje in napredek znanosti ter tehnologije zaznamuje tudi ta odnos. Kako integrirati informacijsko komunikacijsko tehnologijo v šolski vsakdan, da nam bo pomagala, da ne bo krotila osebnega stika med učiteljem in učencem ter da se bodo v prihodnosti vnesene spremembe pokazale kot pozitivne, je najpomembnejše vprašanje. Pogledi za nazaj, kakšne so posledice uvajanja novosti na področju IKT, kakšne so želje učiteljev in učencev ter kaj je smotrno uvesti v sistem poučevanja, nam omogočajo pravilne odločitve o smotrnem uvajanju sprememb ob hkratnem zagotavljanju kakovostnega znanja. Potrebno je izvesti raziskave iz tega področja in jih dodobra analizirati, saj le tako lahko zagotovimo, da gremo po pravi poti, da pridemo do sodobne šole. Sodelovanje pri izvedbi raziskave »Stanje in trendi uporabe IKT v slovenskih srednjih šolah« za leto 2009, mi je tudi zagotovilo dejanski vpogled v situacijo današnjega šolstva. Diplomsko delo zajema popolno analizo didaktičnih vidikov te raziskave, rezultate sem primerjala z drugimi slovenskimi in tujimi raziskavami iz tega področja. Didaktična problematika pouka informatike, problematika specialne didaktike, izobraževalni internet in e-izobraževanje ter program »Informatizacija slovenskega šolstva« v obdobju 2006-2009, so temeljni pojmi, ki sem jih obdelala v diplomskem delu. V nadaljevanju so prikazani vsi rezultati, ki bodo morebiti koristili v nadaljnjem uvajanju sprememb v šolstvu.

Title:Didactic aspects of the state and trends of use of informational communication technology (ICT) in Slovenian secondary schools
Abstract:Teaching refers to the concept of education, where it represents the systematic providing of learning materials in the framework of organized educational institutions. Traditional, school, formal or frontal teacher education includes teaching of a teacher and student learning. Contact between student and teacher is essential. Modern life and progress of science and technology marks this relationship also. How to integrate ICT (informational communicative technology) into the school everyday life that it will help us, that it will not deprive personal contact between teacher and pupil and that the changes introduced in the future will prove positive, this is the most important issue. If we look back, what are the consequences of introducing innovations in the field of ICT, what are the teachers and pupils desires and what is suitable to introduce to a system of teaching, it allows us to make the right decisions about suitable introduction of changes, while ensuring high-level skills. It is necessary to carry out research in this area and analyze it thoroughly, because this is the only way we can ensure that we are going along the right path to get to a modern school. Participation in research work “State and trends of ICT in Slovenian secondary schools” for year 2009, has also provided me an insight into the situation of our education. This dissertation includes a complete analysis of the didactic aspects of this research, I have compared the results with other Slovenian and foreign researches in this field. Didactic problems of teaching informatics, problems of special didactics, educational internet and e-learning and the program “Informatization of Slovenian education” in the period 2006-2009, are the basic concepts that I have treated in this dissertation. All the results that may benefit from the further introduction of changes in education are listed below.
