Abstract:V diplomski nalogi je predstavljeno trenutno stanje uporabe informacijskih in komunikacijskih tehnologij, ki se uporabljajo v motociklizmu, ter kaj nam na tem področju prinaša prihodnost. Izdelali in predstavili smo aplikacijo za pametno mobilno napravo z operacijskim sistemom Windows Mobile, ki bo v veliko pomoč voznikom motornih koles. Aplikacija ima poudarek predvsem na varovanju samega motocikla, prav tako pa izvaja statistiko raznih parametrov kot sta hitrost in delovanje sil. Raziskali smo tudi možne nadgradnje aplikacije, da bi lahko pripomogla tudi k večji varnosti motorista.

Title:INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES FOR MOTORCYCLES
Abstract:In the diploma dissertation is presented the current state in use of informational and communicational technologies that are applicated in the field of motorcycles and also what can we expect in the future. We have developed and presented an application for smart mobile device with operation system Windows Mobile which is going to help motorcycle drivers. The application has an emphasis particularly on the protection of the motorcycle itself and it also performs statistics of various parameters such as speed and forces activity. We also investigated possible upgrades of the application which could contribute to the safety of motorcycle drivers.
