Title:PROUČITEV PODJETJA VALJI D.O.O. IN PLANIRANJE NJEGOVE POLITIKE PODJETJA

Abstract:Valji d. o. o. Štore je podjetje za proizvodnjo valjev in ulitkov. V podjetju proizvajajo metalurške in nemetalurške valje za gumarsko, kemično, tekstilno, živilsko in druge industrije, različne ulitke za strojegradnjo in druge namene ter metalurške in valjčne kokile. Pri ustanavljanju podjetja in v njegovem razvoju ima planiranje politike podjetja temeljni in izhodiščni pomen. V današnjem času — času svetovne gospodarske krize — je poslovanje podjetij vedno bolj občutljivo in tvegano. Bolj uspešna so tista podjetja, ki znajo jasno in učinkovito gledati naprej. V prvem delu diplomskega seminarja smo predstavili proučevano podjetje in trenutno situacijo v podjetju. Nadalje smo predstavili obstoječo politiko podjetja. Seznanili smo se s splošnimi, temeljnimi in poslovnimi strategijami podjetja ter prikazali lastniško, organizacijsko, kadrovsko, tehnično-tehnološko in premoženjsko strukturo podjetja. Ostajanje v preteklosti in priseganje na »preverjene« rešitve lahko ogrozi zmožnost podjetja za preživetje v dinamičnem svetu, kjer obstoječe strategije niso več enako učinkovite kot nekdaj. V zadnjem poglavju smo napisali predlog vizije podjetja Valji d. o. o. Učinkovita vizija navdihuje ljudi za delo v smeri njenega uresničevanja: vodstvo zaposlene motivira, da skupaj krmarijo podjetje v želeno smer in ga usmerjajo proti želenim ciljem. Neučinkovita vizija, ki je zamegljena in se pretirano nanaša na preteklost, je preveč kompleksna ali nebistvena in lahko podjetju povzroči celo več škode kot odsotnost vizije. Nadalje smo s shemo za profiliranje vrednot proučili vrednote ključnih udeležencev podjetja — zastopa jih direktor podjetja in podpirajo jih lastniki podjetja. V nadaljevanju smo proučili prednosti in slabosti obravnavanega podjetja, raziskali okolje podjetja ter možnosti in nevarnosti za podjetje, ki izhajajo iz okolja. Podjetje, ki zna »videti« in razumeti svojo prihodnost, zmore prepoznati možnosti in nevarnosti, ki ga čakajo in se lahko nanje primerno pripravi. Vse to smo proučevali, da smo lahko prišli do izhodišč, s pomočjo katerih smo določili prihodnjo politiko podjetja. Skladno z mariborskim modelom integralnega managementa, ki nam je služil kot osnova za naše raziskovanje, smo politiko podjetja razdelili na poslanstvo, smotre in temeljne cilje.

Title:EXAMINATION OF THE COMPANY VALJI D.O.O. AND ITS BUSINESS POLICY PLANNING
Abstract:Valji d. o. o. Štore is a cylinder and casting production company. The company produces metallurgic and non-metallurgic cylinders for rubber, chemical, textile, food processing and other industries, different castings for engineering and other purposes and other metallurgic and cylinder molds. Planning the policy of the company at its founding and during its development is of fundamental and basic importance. In this day and age – a time of the global economic crisis, companies business is more and more sensitive and risky. Companies that look forward clearly and efficiently are more successful. In the first part of the dissertation we presented the studied company and the current situation in it. Later on we presented the existing company policy. We got familiar with general, primary and business strategies of the company and showed ownership, organizational, employment, technical, technological and financial structure of the company. Staying in the past and swanning on »verified« solutions can endanger companies ability for survival in the dynamic world, where existing strategies aren't as effective as they used to be. In the last chapter we wrote a suggestion of vision for the company Valji d. o. o. An effective vision inspires people to work in the direction of its realization: management motivates the employees to guide the company in the wanted direction and to direct it towards desired objective together. An inefficient vision which is clouded, excessively relates to the past, is too complex and unessential, can cause the company even more damage than the absence of vision. Furthermore we used the profiling scheme to study the values of key participants of the company – they are represented by the director and supported by the company owners. Later on we studied the advantages and disadvantages of the studied company, researched the companies soroundings and the possibilities and dangers originating from these soroundings. A company that can »see« and understand its future can recognize possibilities and dangers that awaits it and can prepare for them properly. We studied all these so that we could access bases which helped us to determine the future policy of the company. In accordance with Maribors model of integral management , which served us as a base for our research, we divided the companies policy on mission, purposes and basic goals.
