Abstract:V vsaki organizaciji se srečujemo in se bomo srečevali s konfliktnimi situacijami. To ne pomeni nič slabega, ampak ravno obratno. Konflikti prinašajo podjetju velike koristi, saj imajo ti poleg negativnih tudi veliko pozitivnih posledic, ki prinašajo organizaciji boljše delovanje, nastanek sprememb pri poslovanju, večjo ustvarjalnost in boljše medosebne odnose. Vzroki za nastanek konflikta so lahko zelo različni. Na prvem mestu bi izpostavili osnovni vzrok, tj. različnost ljudi oziroma osebni vzrok. Ljudje se ločijo po naravi. Lahko so mirni, napadalni, agresivni, vsak posameznik pa ima tudi različne interese, cilje, različne vloge v podjetju, vse to povzroča med zaposlenimi napetost, nesoglasja in nadaljnje tudi konflikte. Glede na analizo izbranega podjetje, smo lahko videli, da se med pogostimi konfliktnimi situacijami pojavlja tudi komunikacijski vzrok. Komunikacijski problem nastane, ko se med dvema udeležencema ali več v komunikaciji pojavlja nejasnost, nerazumevanje in tudi neposlušnost udeležencev. Poznamo več vrst konfliktov, vendar pa menimo, da so v podjetju najpogostejši medosebni konflikti. Konflikti med sodelavci nedvomno poslabšajo delovanje podjetja, kar se lahko kaže v neproduktivnosti, nemotiviranosti zaposlenih ter celotno kot neuspešnost podjetja. Za preprečevanje konfliktov je potrebno biti sposoben prepoznati konfliktne situacije, njihove vzroke, pravočasno ter pravilno reagirati in tako odpraviti konflikt. Pomembno je, da se konfliktom ne izogibamo oziroma jih ne zanikamo, nanje so moramo pripraviti in jih rešiti na miren način. Pri tem moramo razmisliti o ciljih in skupnih rešitvah, ki bodo vsem udeležencem prinesli največ koristi ter seveda pozitivne posledice za podjetje. Vedeti moramo, da konflikti podjetju ne predstavljajo samo nevarnosti, temveč predstavljajo nove priložnosti, učinkovite spremembe ter izboljšanje v poslovanju. Ključnega pomena je, da se podjetje zaveda prisotnosti konfliktov ter jih razume kot normalen pojav, ki nastaja v medosebnih odnosih, saj bo podjetje le tako pripravljeno nanje in na njihove posledice.

Title:MANAGEMENT OF CONFLICT
Abstract:From time to time, in every organization comes to conflict situations which are inevitable. However; this does not mean that something is wrong, even opposite; conflicts can be even beneficial to the company, because besides all the negative effects there are also positive ones, such as better organization’s handling, changes in organization’s business, growing creativity and personal relations. The motives for the conflict can be very different. First of all; the basic problem is people’s diversity or personal reasons. People’s characters are different. They can be calm, aggressive, and offensive, every individual has he/she’s interests, goals, different position in the company. All of this can be cause of the tension, disagreements and conflicts between the employees. Considering the analysis of particular company, we can realize that most conflict situations have communication cause. It rises up between two participants or more, of communication, while there are misunderstandings, lack of understanding and lack of listening between partners in communication process. There are many types of conflicts; however, the most common ones are personal conflicts. Conflicts between employees can make company’s operation even worse, which can be seen as employee’s declining motivation, unproductiveness and company’s business failure. In order to prevent conflicts we have to be able to identify conflict situations, their causes and to react in the time when conflicts occur so they can be solved in appropriate time. It is very important that we do not deny the conflicts or avoid them; we have to be prepared to solve them in peaceful manner. While doing that we have to consider the options of solution and goals which are beneficial for the participants and the company itself. We have to know that conflicts are not a threat to company, they can also lead to new opportunities, a change for the better and improved economic operation. The key fact is that company is aware of the presence of the conflicts and treats them as a normal occurrence that is present in personal relations. That is how the company can be prepared for those situations and their consequences.
